Cardio every morning, diet by james and training til I'm ill day in and day out. It's really starting to take it's toll now and the frustration is creeping back Been thinking this afternoon about adding double cardio in and clen, even DNP popped in my head but that will mean messing with carbs and diet and I'm not wanting the sides in this weather!!!

would't it be best to consult with James ? ?

@AJ, started again this week. Just ab curls atm but am going to add others soon

@R3261, the diet james has done is working great. Now the water has gone from cycle I'm sure that a 2lb PW drop will be easy and TBH you can't really argue with that. When I met james he reckoned I'd look good around 14st, so if all goes well that's 6 weeks away. I've just got the face on at the moment mate and fed up. I'll snap out of it. If I think about putting any changes in I'd ring james asap to ask his advice.

On another note got all my AAS now for next cycle. Will be going back at end of june on for a 9 week cycle of Prop/Tren/Winny and T3

Will add them today AJ.

50mins cardio this morning as knee started aching yet again so turned back home a little earlier than normal.

Not feeling as mardy today and after a good look in the mirror I reckon another 2 months and I should be happy with how I look (well prob happier)

Will be doing shoulders at lunch.

It takes time mate, you know it!

Whenever you do direct abs work make sure you add resistance, they are a muscle like any other and need the stimulation. That coupled with good diet, cardio and your abs will be on show for your hols.

Apart from that you seem happy with the rest of your body so dont get yourself dragged into something that is not there.

I understand completely with the PCT and all the other sh!t happening in your life it is easy to feel down about it, but have a bit of faith in yourself and you will have those abs!!!!!

come on J keep going !!!

Dont worry about the mirror mate, just focus on the end goal, the finish line is a while away yet, keep plugging away!

as for the loose skin, its not that bad tbh mate, may affect the 6 pack look slightly but not something i would worry about personally

Totally agree with that.
Recent switch to cable crunches has done much more than weeks of incline situps.

Mr Rack, hope the dodgy knee won't put an end to the cardio my lovely!!!!

Honestly, if I see another peice of cardio equipment after 8th June, I will hurl it through the nearest window! (Unless by some fluke of fate I manage to qualify for the British finals in October in which case I will be glued to the damn things for the next 5 months!)

As for flabby skin........you have SEEN my stage photos haven't you???? The loose skin may not show up but it is there....tan and working on big abs makes it look a lot better!

good good.

with the standing shoulder press machine, are you leaning into the motion or is it a free and movement upwards?
with some set ups the user decreases the resistance by the friction caused by pushing hard against the travelling 'slider'.

You have to lean into it a little mate.

No cardio this morning as had to be in work mega early. Haven't slept yet again this week and I think I've only managed about 3 hours per night
One more week of PCT left and I can't wait!!!

Will be doing arms at lunch.

Seriously, lack of sleep an absolute freeking nightmare!

Are you considering addressing this issue in some way if it continues (puts on docs white coat to get professional for once).

@chrissie, I've never slept much. I've tried everything from diazipam to geeby to try and knock me out but nothing works. I find the best thing to do is just lay there and try and relax. Even if I don't sleep I'm resting. The nightmares I'm having are getting worse though

@jedi, Only got good things to say about the Cissus mate, strength is up and everything. Not the normal PCT drop and I keep getting stronger each week. Def worth the money. Although I am going to save the other bottle I have for after my hol to help with PCT again.

Just gotta say a massive sorry to people for not being around much as of late. Life's has been a lot up and down at the mo and although training and diet is constant still got somethings that need sorting in other parts of said life.

Decided to can walking for now and new morning cardio is 60mins on stationary bike and ab exercises.
Also adding weighted cable crunches at gym too. NEED ABS QUICK!!!!
Got weighed the other day and was 14st 9lb, which I think is 3lb less than last wednesday but will pop up new pic and weight tomorrow.

Once again sorry for not being around much and I will try and pop into everyone's journal soon (as you all know I'm a journal junkie).

Hi buddy. Keep going with the training, been told that girls around here like buff guys lol!

With abs work whatever exercises you do add weight to it and try and do it nice slow and breathing through out. You feel the muscles being worked and if you never experienced it abs DOMS are wicked!

With cables besides the crunches front and sides you can do woodchop from top or bottom cable. If you have one that can adjust put it just above waist level position yourself sideways to it grab the handle with the furthest hand pull the cable until it is next to your waist and then twist using the abs and at the hip. You will definitely feel the crunch.

I'll try and find proper explanation tomorrow when i'm at work and have proper computer rather than the mobile.

Agree that Abs DOMS are nothing like you have felt before - similar to early stage labour so you can experience what we ladies go through AND THEN MULTIPLY IT BY A MILLION!!!!!!

Hope you are sleeping for a little longer each night Mr Rack.
