ORIGINAL: ChrissieG Chrissie wanders into journal to state that she had to take nipple ring out as lack of boobage and saggy old skin after cutting meant ring was grazing navel. Chrisse tiptoes out again................. PMSL - Can't be as bad as mine when I have low bodyfat levels - I'm like a contortionist - they can be twisted this way and that and quite frankly do not resemble breasts at all Had my final phone thingy with Focus this morning...and got every question right! Well chuffed about it - so went and hammered legs in gym. I still can't walk properly and actually made myself quite giddy - could be the fact that I was due on on Sunday and just before my period I get giddy spells. It was also quite stuffy in the gym, so maybe the air-con wasn't working. Seem to have had a big improvement in strength. Cable kickbacks, which are 4 sets: 50, 30, 30, 20 - I can now do with no resting inbetween, looking forward to getting my peachy butt back Am going to start doing some fasted cardio in the mornings as I have to lose some bodyfat to be able to fit into all my enduro kit. I know this doesn't go hand in hand with bulking - but also the fact of temperatures in excess of 40 deg (when I'm over in Africa) means that any extra weight will tire me much quicker as I wrestle the motorbike off-road. Well, that's me done for the day - off to bed and tons of lovely sleep :-)

Tan - What are breasts? Well in our house they can be found in either the fridge or freezer and come from either a chicken or Turkey Chrissie & Elsa - I fly out of Heathrow on 2nd October 7pm, land around 8am next day in Johannesburg, then take a flight to Port Elizabeth - then it's off road on a Honda 230 (the bikes have changed this year to all out off roaders which are better able to cope with extreme conditions. Then it's riding through rivers, brush, basically everything off road. Arrive in Durban and fly to Johhannesburg, then flight back to Heathrow - probably quite battered and bruised and absoloutly knackered Today in gym worked back and tris. Again the weights have all gone up quite easily. Everyone was sweating buckets today and I decided to head home to do cardio and abs. Just come back from an hour long ride in the most beautiful weather - beats sweating on a gym bike any day! Just off to do abs now - then shower and lay out in hammock doing more revision. Whoo haa - I'm happy today

Yesterday was a day of rest ( that's the Roman Catholic in me coming out ) and today was chest, bi's and abs, with 30 mins cardio after. Yet again I put the weight up on certain exercises - bicep curl, added an extra 5kg to barbell . It's funny, but the past few weeks have seen so many people that strength train offering to help me. There was a guy in today who I've never seen before who trained as a powerlifter and he offered help with spotting etc. Good to have a blether to all these people too to pick up different hints and tips! Have started unashamed grunting in the gym too Not on purpose - just unavoidable at times Well, better shoot off. Haven't sat down at all today, apart from now doing this Have to finish off with daughters kart reading for racing this weekend. It's a Super Series event and she's laying 3rd and that could very well be a second by Sunday - and if pratt boy causes another accident I'll rip his bloody head off Feeling dead excited for Chrissie - can't wait to hear how she gets on

Nowt wrong with grunting. I save some of mine up to grunt more when I train with Tania, not been too bad though yet. Good luck with race on Sunday.

No grunting today Had a cr@p session. Had absoloutly zero energy. It's that time of the month and I'm not sure if the meds I'm taking to stem blood loss have a side effect of loss of energy. Anyway, the gym was deserted - so maybe it was something to do with the weather too. It was oppressive - very close and clammy. Did 30 mins unfuelled run on treadmill at home, then did shoulders, traps and forearms. Should have done abs, but didn't - maybe the guilt will catch up with me later and I'll do them here at home . It should have been a heavy day, but I went light with lots of reps instead. Next couple of weeks I'm keeping the weights down and the reps up, then change again to heavy and mix up the exercises a little.

It can be tough when it's so hot. I'm cr@p in hot weather, it completely wipes me out....as does the cold! I'm just a nice tepid lass at heart! Nowt wrong with a bit of grunting or shouting for that matter! DRIVE IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was hard work at our gym too today. Hubbie wanted to do cardio so I took my time doing abs and calves and catching up with one of the staff I've not seen for a while.

Hey up everyone I think someones draining energy out of Aberdeenshire. Everyone at the gym today (and there weren't many) was sluggish - me too! Was up at 6.30am and ran on the treadmill for 30 mins. Had a right bledy arguement with myself about getting out of bed in the end I looked at my stomach and that was the deciding factor! Anyway, did high reps again and did a damn good impression of a beetroot on legs - and legs it was today: Quads, hams and calfs. Chrissie - you keep that monitor just as long as you need it! Once again WELL DONE YOU, had a look at pics - you're going to be even more amazing at BNBF - hopefully I'll be there cheering This is going to be last post for a while - going to get my nose stuck into the books - then down to Chorley for exam on 16th - 18th, then on to Sheffield, before returning north! So I haven't gone for good, I'll be back firing on all cylinders soon!!!

Couldn't keep away No gym today, had to study, but did 45 mins running (unfuelled) this morning on treadmill. Have also sought James's advice with regards to getting rid of more body fat. Left to my own devices I'll completely overdo it, so I'm letting the expert put me on the right track Righty ho - back to books
