Thanks everyone.....Yey, I passed...and if I'd have known how easy it was gonna be I wouldn't have sweated it so much - Oh yeah, and did the final day on about two hours sleep, coz there was a right old barney at the Travelodge - load of drunks kicked off and proceed to scrap and trash the place - old bill had to arrest 6 and cart them away - I always have to have a bit of drama in with the mix Had a fantastic time at Kitty's - post exam, with Tan and Paul and a few other folk - I'm telling ya, there's no BBQ like a Kitty barbie New plan through from James, should see me shift the flab pretty quickly. Was on it straight away this morning. A black coffee, then 45 mins run on the treadmill. Couldn't get to gym tho' as daughter was ill and had to pick her up from school and take her to docs. All's well now, so should be on target again tomorrow!

In a rush again this evening - appologies for not posting in other folks journals at the mo', but will do over the weekend. Did my 45 mins unfuelled cardio this morning - then hit the gym for chest and bi's. Had to miss post weights cardio because I was nearly out of protein powder, so had to dash into Aberdeen to buy a couple of tubs. Up at 5.30am to get cardio in, then I'm on the road up to Inverness - so wont be able to get to gym . Will have to do what I can at home - and try not to get Merlin's head stuck between a weight stack......still, if I do, at least I'll know where he is.....there's an idea only joking!

I'm back! Had the two younger children to entertain this weekend as hubby was away racing with Bibi, so I didn't turn 'puter on. At almost three months without a drink I decided to have two glasses of red wine on Friday night - and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I guess it was also a bit of a tester to see if I could just stick to the two glasses...and I'm very happy to say that I did. Infact the half bottle is still waiting in the kitchen for hubby to finish. I had no wish to have another drink on Sat or Sun. So I now feel in a comfortable place, where I'm not having any cravings and can drink a sensible amount - nice I'm counting today as the first day of James's new eating plan, as the past few days have been a bit haphazard - though clean. Today's training has been: 45 mins unfuelled cardio - a black coffee then 45 mins run on the treadmill. Gym for quads, hams, glutes and calves, finished off with 30 mins cardio on bike. Eating has been per plan. Have not stopped peeing all day! Went about 10 times in the gym today - folk must have wondered what I was up to in there! Maybe it's because I seem to have a bit of a cold coming on. Have a sore throat and sneezing a lot

Woke up for cardio this morning - feeling awful. Blocked up, sore throat, sore gum and huge ulcer on tongue . Just drinking black coffee now - then will get on treadmill for 45 mins - walking on incline, not running this morning tho'! Got on scales this morning and am below 10st, now in the land of the 9 stoners. Have a feeling that the excess flab is going to go very quickly Better get on with cardio - then into gym - don't think I'll be going heavy today, the strength isn't there

If you're really that ill then chill out, don't go pushing the training or you could get worse.

Ha Kitty - shoulda' taken your advice! Did cardio on treadmill and ended up running after all. Then headed into gym for a nightmare session - which I ended halfway through. Anything heavy and my heartrate was up through the roof, making me feel weak and dizzy. Felt that funny 'not there' feeling you get with a temperature. So came home feeling very pi$$ed off . Eldest daughter is off school with same symptoms - so I'm taking it easy until I feel better. No appetite whatsoever, but am eating from plan, though not in the quantities I should be.

Belle Do not push yourself if you have raised temp!!!! Feeling off colour is different than spiking a temp! Disaster! Accident waiting to happen!!!! Whilst you are running a temp, your body will be burning more fat anyway, so just allow it to do it's job and get rid of the lurgy! I hope you and your family are feeling better soon!!!!!
