Hey tic - no you don't. When a size 6 hangs off you and you can't get clothes to fit it's no fun. Hubby wasn't impressed by the boob situation either - after I'd had our youngest son, Merlin, I weighed in at around 13 stone and had massive ****, but after doing so much cardio they had shrunk to a pretty non-existant 32A...Mmmm . Still, looking on the bright side, there was no bounce when I ran lol! Anyway - no workout today - but diet has been clean: 8am: Myoplex shake 10.30am: Wholemeal crusty roll & 1/2 pack of prawns 1pm: Chicken and wholemeal roll 4pm: quorn sausage 6pm: mixed salad and prawns My Mum flies up tomorrow evening, which means I'll be able to get stuck into a routine again. She goes home on Jan 5th and by that time I'll be back at the old faithful gym again - instead of trying to work out at home - which can be a nightmare when the children want to join in...argh Although it's a pain for me when they interupt, I have to try and look on the bright side - that at least they WANT to exercise! Merlin shimies up the sides of the door frames so he can pull himself up on the bar and try leg raises! Just had to placate a row tonight between father and son - Dad gave mushy peas...son wanted normal peas...Dad says that chocolate will be witheld if tea's not eaten...son runs to Mum saying 'Dad's blackmailing me.. boo hoo'. My god, he's only 7yrs old - they learn young Well, Mum had to take sons side...of course...healthy eating and all that! Sorry, bit of a ramble there - can you tell I have work to do and am trying to put it off ? Nodumbelle quote:

Why not just melt the choccy in there peas! I have to admit I don't think I'd like being a size 6...in fact I know I wouldn't. Post preggers t*ts for men are like a dream come true (I hated em )...but like most dreams they fade lol. Good old 34a here hun so you're not on your own but then again I've never wanted knockers lol

Toes...I wish..a quick flye and I could have been South Yorkshire Firefighters best defence against anything . I ain't even started yet on mother-hood - I never realised that a kid could could sh*t so much it would reach to the toes of a babygro in around 2 seconds flat! However the women used to cope - pre washing machines - they were saints quote:

Gaaah, more baby talk!!! I've not even got kids and I've got the boobs of someone who's had about 4 I think. Putting on and losing loads of weight really isn't good for the perkiness of your chest! When I take my bra off they're practically around my knees! You're right NDB, I don't think I'd like to be a size 6 really. I hover between an 8 and a 10 usually and I think I'd be content just an ickle bit smaller than I am at the mo. I think I feel bigger than I actually am because I'm a big clumsy oaf: I've got it into my head that transforming myself into a size 6 would bring with it delicacy and femininity but that just wouldn't be me.

No, it doesn't bring those with it...it does mean you tend to fall over in strong gusts of wind Well anyway - was out this morning with the dog and it was beautiful - everything frosted over white, with a pink sky...ahh. Diet today has been clean so far: 7am Oats with a scoop of whey 12.30pm Prawns with brown rice...oh and I'd better add...one popadom (however you spell it) Planned: Chicken with brown rice and spinache pack of prawns Probably wont have time for weights today - got a sick hubby and daughter to look after - they woke up with stinkin' colds this morning. Ferrying the other two children to Christmas partys, then picking my Mum up from the airport - she's also got a bad cold...Oh dear. I'm taking 2gms of vit c a day, along with the usual mix of supplements, so hopefully I'll escape the snotties! Nodumbelle

No - not at all, I tried a pair of jeans on in TKMaxx the other day, size 10 and I couldn't get the damn button done. Came out of the changing room looking very red! I'm around 9st 7lbs at the mo so quite chubby compared to how I normally am. I've given myself to the 2*th March to be back at round 8st 4lbs - 8st 7lbs - It'll be my 42nd b'day, so it's a deadline I've set myself. You asked before what the Merina was. It's a coil that also discharges hormones. They are supposed to stay localised within the uterus, but mine leaked out everywhere and was probably what caused my mammoth weight gain. I googled 'Merina weight gain' and founds tons of women with the same problem - it also saps your energy and lots of women have been put on anti-depressants, when all they needed was the damn thing taken out Anyway - saying that I've had a couple of cheats. I nicked a quality street from the kids and two crinkle cut oven chips - negligble, so don't feel bad Hey ho, off to do some studying - then it's my last day of working 'til New Year - unless I get offered a deal too good to miss Nodumbelle quote:

Hey ho...ho...ho - Well, it is nearly Christmas! Not a very good day for either diet or working out. Diet as follows: 8am: 2 x slices wholemeal with Whole Earth crunchy peanut butter 12.30pm: 3 x Macdonalds chicken strips 4pm: slice of wholemeal with boiled veggie frankfurter 7.30pm: Pasta with homemade tom and mushroom sauce Was out on the road today representing clients at a couple of big supermarkets. Had to shift lots of stock and ended up doing most of it myself. I thought it was cold outdoors 'til I had to mess around in a warehouse freezer - my nostrils were crusty...no, not with the green stuff...ice! So, yet another day with no workout - though I suppose lugging heavy crates around counts for a little Tomorrow I'll be able to get down to it! Going to make my workout a priority and not start messing around with anything else until it's done. Simple Nodumbelle

Hi everyone - hope you're all having a fantastic time, relaxing and having fun! No workouts yesterday or today - just having fun with the family. Diet has been pretty good considering the time of year Christmas day avoided the chocolates, puds etc but compensated with tons of nuts and some seriously nice cheeses! No alcohol with Christmas dinner - not even in the evening. Today though... Enjoyed two glasses of Baileys...yum, and will have some wine this evening Plan to go out for a nice long bike ride tomorrow, if I can pedal in a straight line, burn off the Baileys Nodumbelle

Wey Hey, Feeling so hugely positive I could almost pop! Despite not wanting to overindulge over Christmas - I did So, now the push is on to strip off the body fat whilst maintaining muscle. From now until end of March this is my PRIME objective. Have put the treadmill back into the bedroom - so there's no excuse not to get straight out of bed and on to it! Yesterday I steered clear of any alcohol and celebrated the New Year with a glass of sugar free sprite - though I did squeeze in some chocolate log - come on...I was seeing out the shi**iest year of my life!!! Anyway, had a fab nights sleep, woke up feeling amazingly energetic, so slung on the ipod and jumped on the treadmill. Ran for 45 mins nonstop @ 5.5mph - which equated to a run of 4 miles and a calorie burn of approx 500cals. Easey peasey - even surprised myself. Weights in a few minutes, then more cardio later today. It felt good eating brekkie knowing I was still in a calorie deficit Will post up diet etc later today. nodumbelle
