I am interested in reading up on the use of insulin.

I know virtually nothing about it, so if anyone can point me in the direction of a good article or sticky i would be very greatful.

I have used google btw and there is so much crap its unreal.

i have used gear before mate but never had the shape like yours instead it was mainly bulk. at this very moment my main goal is lean shape like your. i ahve come of the gear at the mo.
my diet:

oat+flaxeed oil, whey in milk
banana, apple,
chk breast+rice+mixed veg, fruit
tuna+pasta
whey pro, creatine+dex
cottage cheese

clattered,no i havent used slin mate but i have done loads of research on it in the last couple of months and understand how to use safely,il be trying it after xmas ,im very excited about it,a bit nervous but not as scared as before now i know the facts and how to use properly,il be using it pwo 3 times per week ,starting at 2ius and also with gh at 4ius in the same barrel which ive heard is great !!cant waityou considering it in the near future mate?
