as ive said before scott, good luck with the comp if you make it BUT..... you havent left enough time imo no matter how big you are you cant win if your not in condition and tbh your time frame doesnt allow for your stats to reach the conditioning needed imo on another note mate you have some amazing size.... we are a good comparison as i am 5ft 8 and i am about 15 stone 6 and about the same bf ive seen your cut pics and you did really well ...... What were your last natural stats????? my target comp is 08 june 08 and i am starting cutting same time as you and i will have less fat to loose if we are both the same % btw a good journal has PICS, STATS, and Best LIFTS so give us a gud n

Hey Carl mate. Bf changes from person to person how they measure it etc. its just a bog standerd caliper test 6 differant body part. 4th of May is the comp thats 4months of dieting 16 weeks that is by far enough time i believe - i can drop bf wieght fast it wont be a problem last year i cut in Feb and came in to quickly. If worst comes to worst il sacrafise a little muscle lbs. 15.4 stone was my wieght befor my cycle 9 weeks ago but i was a bit leaner then to so pritty much were your at now! Pics and stats will come tomura as will as cutting plan.

A couple of questions though: 1) How deep were the squats and 2) Why dont you rate deads? They are one of the best for total body mass gains just like squats.

I like high rep stuff dont believe deads are good for hypertrophy at high reps. (just prone to injury with deads i feel) Bent over rows on the other hand love them!

your bench press is phenomonal, wow squat is very good too i feel deads are great for all round mass for beginners however certainly not the be all and end all thet peeps make em out to be. you have a bright bb future with those stats at 18... i think i hate you be safe dont do long term damage as you may want different things when your older
