Nice size there! Do you have to have music for your posing? What are you thinking of...

Well as of today i have a holiday booked to Egypt so see my ex/gf in August/sept so going to start cutting soon till i get down to 10% for holiday.

Then after i get back il probly be about 12% so that gives me 7 weeks to get into stage condition easy peasy.

So mate its going to be a staggerd contest prep basically a month off inbetween.

i think your right mate.

i know of lads that claim to be on similar doses who really arent that big.

thing is though more gear does mean more muscle short term but what do you do when your not gaining on 2g of test a week?

your fcuked thats what

Its not really a question of getting used to the dose mate (this would take years and even then people are even sure you can really get "used" to a certain dose), the more gear used just meen the more possibilites of gains genrally if your not gaining on any amount of steriods then your not eatting enough.

Acupunture is doing my head in now having it every 3-4 days and its fine apart from when he puts the needles in the backs of my knees leaves me feeling fcuking tierd to.

Got back to train tonite got load of time free atm so may step it up and do 2 workouts a day 4 days a week.

Reason for lots of time free is i walked out of my job after i had a big argument with my boss who basically was treating me with no respect so i told her politly you can shove the job. I know that they are going to be up sh1ts creek as im the only one that noes what they are doing in my section.

Fank fcuk for PTing other wise i would be skint.

I did mate, now only do 10-12 hours Pting a week, Need a new job fast.
