yeah on the dole if i get an office jobs sometimes its cool, but sometimes they are fookin cu.nts who have nothing better in ther lives than tell you to not eat. just thinking with gaining an **** eating is a must

Rite legs today, felt a bit **** when i woke up but had arranged a session with a mate so went ahead with it. Legs: Leg Extensions: 4 sets, light 15 reps 15 reps 15 reps 15 reps (not sure on the wieght) Front Squats close stance: 5 sets, 15 reps, 100kg 12 reps, 110kg 12 reps, 120kg 10 reps, 140kg 15 reps, 80kg 45deg. Leg press: 7 sets, 15 reps, 160kg 15 reps, 240kg 12 reps, 320kg 12 reps, 400kg 10 reps, 500kg 10 reps, 460kg 15 reps, 200kg Supersets. Ham and leg ext: 8 sets, All 12-15 reps. Lots of volume, cant go too heavy on front squats as even at 140kg my back felt mashed.

Ok got acupunture at 1.30 then for a shoulder workout. Switching over to clean foods next week so this is my last week of official bulking. Well cruise for 4 weeks just cleaning up my diet then comence with a cut till August then have a 30 day break then back on to cut for another 7 weeks.

I no dude, doesnt really bother me much thou having high bf%. If i didnt have heart set on doing a comp this year i would probly bulk threw till next year.

Just got back from the gym shoulder session, nothing amazing just bog standerd really. as follows:- Side raises (warming up) 3 sets, 15 reps (light). bb shoulder press: 5 sets, 15 reps 60kgs 12 reps 70kg 12 reps 75kg 10 reps 80kg 10 reps 85kg Reverse flys dbs. 4 sets, 15 reps 20kg 12 reps 25kg 12 reps 25kg 15 reps 15kg Upright rows bb. (dont like these) 4 sets, 12 reps 50kg 12 reps 50kg 12 reps 60kg 12 reps 50kg Machiene shoulder press. 4 sets. 12 reps to fail. And some heavy shurgs.
