diet down, grow your hair and go out on the p1ss in london and tell em you are OH and that your minted.

I tend to just give em a line of coke in the toilets and do the deed whilst im there - now thats classy

thats the way no matter what your like walk into certain clubs say you've just signed for united and see how that goes, OH doesnt have that much size though

Chest workout.
Incline bench:
10 sets,
60kg 15 reps
70kg 12 reps
80kg 12 reps
90kg 10 reps
100kg 10 reps
110kg 10 reps
100kg 8 reps
90kgs 8 reps
80kgs 6 reps
60kg 10 reps
DB chest flys:
6 sets,(weight not really important on these)
15kg x2, 15 reps
15kg x2, 15 reps
17.5kg x2, 15 reps
20kg x2, 12 reps
15kg x2, 12 reps
15kg x2, 8 reps 7 forced.
... and that was me done.
Every time i finish a gym session now it leave me felling dazed and sick doing my nut in a bit tbh, takes me 3 hours to recover from the workout.

I was too lazy to change the weight so i just slowed the whole thing down 3 secs up 3 secs down.
45deg. Leg press:
7 sets,
15 reps, 200kg
15 reps, 240kg
12 reps, 320kg
12 reps, 420kg
12 reps, 500kg
12 reps, 460kg
15 reps, 200kg
Supersets.
Ham and leg ext:
All done single legged as i have an imbalance in leg size im trying to correct.
6 set each.
Lowish weight tight squeeze.

How are you correcting the imbalance? Nice workout, do you not do SLDLs though? Find they are pretty good for my hams...

Hey fella, correcting the imbalance by adding 2 extra 1 legged reps per set on the smaller leg. Very simple.
SLDLs are nice i like them but because of parcial slipped disc cant lift stuff off the ground thus cant do them. Also why i cant do back squats with any kind of weight, and any lower back excersise.
