Phase 1: Drop fats/simple sugars slightly Phase 2: Set diet gets put in place (looking at overal cals) Phase 3: Set diet is adapted to drop carbs slightly Phase 4: Set diet is very much adapted to high protien, modarate fats and timed carbs. Phase 5: Start cardio 60 mins ed. (if needed this might come later) Phase 6: Start Clen. Phase 7: Drop carbs to 40-60 kentosis. Phase 8: (after reaching goal) carb cycle put in place for maintence. First 8 weeks have no cardio in atall.

How long are you planning on setting aside to shifting that adipose tissue? Will be interesting to watch your progress and see the end result. Have always been wary of blowing right out but then I am not assisted. What will you running alongide this new diet?

Many people go into raputers about how test makes them feel on top of the world and gain stones of muscle i think this is very much overplayed and genrally bullshit. When im on cycle i feel a little hotter than normal, a little more tierd and gain that little bit more. Its your first cycle though mate you should put on 6-12lb of mucle over the 10 weeks at 500mg pw. enjoy.

Will e running for 12 weeks as opposed to 10, assuming that I don't get any sides. Not sure whether to include proviron yet though am leaning towards it. Whether it will be 25 or 50mg ED is another matter. Thoughts? Yes I understand that a large part of the gains will be water, though my diet is pretty good to be fair. If I am squatting 140 for 3x8 currently, what sort of improvements would be at the end of the cycle in the same rep range and would this be retainable. I also read that it is difficult to gain the same amount of muscle in your legs as it is your upper body when on a cycle....?

12 weeks would be fine to run it for, run prov if you find after 5 weeks on your carrying lots of water (you want to find out how you react first to test alone) if/when you do run it use 50mg ed. Prov depending on were you get it from can be a bit of a piss take in cost so other anti-e's would probly be cheaper for you if you havnt got a good connection. As for the strenght gains mate its impossible to tell but i find when i come off strenght gains drop by a 1/3. Genral rule is faster you gain weight/strenght off steriods the faster you will loose it when you stop use. Hence why i like long cycles as it gives time for body to adapt.

Can you suggest any other anti-es? Novla is cheaper I read but isn't there a debate over it hindering gains?

Theres, nolva, prov, letro, adex Nolva ok at keeping control of bloat and is cheap but said to deminish gains by around 5%. Prov isnt very good at keeping down the bloat tbh, but it has other useful properties. Letro is cheap as chips and is very good but can holed harsh sides of its own. Adex is effective at taking bloat away. (is quit expensive though). Tbh though you need some water/bloat to maximise gains anyway. If uve got lots of money to burn use adex other wise nolva or prov should be fine. I just use nolva.

Tecnically speaking the more bloat you have the heavier you should be able to lift. Start the anti-e's when your not happy with how much water your carrying its really not going to effect gains that much mate. *i have to add i dont put on much noticable bloat atal were as other people end up loking really swollen. Just monitor it.

Thanks for the advice. I will keep track of your dieting progress and will let you know closer to the date when I start the cycle. Any guidance will prove invaluable.

mate ive been off the boil for three days with iffy diet and im feeling flat and sh1t. i feel your pain. when i diet im just going to stay hooded up for 12 weeks and try not to think about it. its hard seeing that fullness that plenty of carbs gives you go away isnt it
