I am down 6lbs in 2 days lol

I dont mind cutting, it just makes me a totally differant person to be around though.

*Btw Pete Philly is really good mate.

yeah i like him too.

i know what you mean lol, a little while ago i just sort of crash dieted for a couple weeks because i was looking 'watery'.

people were saying 'looking large shaun' at first i was like well i havnt been eating much and i feel small.

a couple more times it was 'fcuk off and leave me alone' lol

we think we look small at the best of times let alone when restricting foood.

cutting is so sh1t

LOL cutting is ok for now, like i say weeks 2-4 are the killers. Once your passed that it only gets hard when you hit 10% a below.

I see no point in a cut that doesnt get me to single figures 12% - 8% the changes are emence.

Good luck with this, looking forward to seeing you progress bud.

Will you be sticking progress pics up every so often?

How do you find your strength is affected when you cut?

Should be interesting to see how you rebound after this cut also.

Hey mate il chuck one up at the end of each month.

Strength is effected alot, but i dont mind as long as i am maintaining muscle size on this cut i couldnt care less what my lifts end up at.

Looking forwards to the rebound, i should be doing a show in October then the plan is to bulk for a whole year and hit the stage again in 2010 at 21.

What diet approach are you taking atm Scott?

I'm still ticking over relatively well on my low carbs, though the gym in this heat ain't fun

Phase 1: Drop fats/simple sugars slightly
Phase 2: Set diet gets put in place (looking at overal cals)
Phase 3: Set diet is adapted to drop carbs slightly
Phase 4: Set diet is very much adapted to high protien, modarate fats and timed carbs.
Phase 5: Start cardio 60 mins ed. (if needed this might come later)
Phase 6: Start Clen.
Phase 7: Drop carbs to 40-60 kentosis.
Phase 8: (after reaching goal) carb cycle put in place for maintence.

Thats my cutting plan.

In phase 1 at the moment.

Week 3-4 carbs well be dropped to 120g.

Ye i was just wondering, some people manage to keep a large amount of it.

When you go on your next bulk, are you planning to stay leaner to make the cut easier, or dirty bulk your way up?

What are your plans regarding posing?

I dont envy you having to learn how to do it properly.

Weekly morning weight:

Start: 17.10
Week 1: 17.4

6lb wieght loss, this well level out to 2-3 pounds loss each weeks following as carb and water level will be more balanced out.

Just come back from Muscle Mayhem, some nice physiques displayed and the venue was really good.

Ops havnt updated in a week, anyway i am up early so might as well make the most of the day. (quite stressed atm)

Overal very happy with the weeks progress, but i MIGHT be sacrafising to many kcals as i no i am only getting about 2000 a day, 70% of which is protien, this might result in coming in to quick and going catabolic (i shouldnt loose much muscle as i am on gear but you never no).

Ideally i want to be looking for a 2-3lb loss each week as said in previous posts i think by this coming week 3 things will have settled and more stable wieght loss will become apparent.

Start: 17.10
Week 1: 17.4
Week 2: 17.0

4lb loss this week 10lbs gone in 14 days 4-5lbs of that is bound to be water.

As for training, its going fine, no loss in strenght yet.

So when cutting using AAS it appears to be a hell of a lot easier according to this? Catabolism is not such a problem...
Will you be doing weekly pictures at all?
What is a typical days diet? I went on that UKMuscle forum, looked at the younger Scott physique. Didn't realise he was on 1.4g of gear at only 20years though...

It is easier when cutting as, as you say catabolism is no were near as previlent.

I might post a few pics today and get the ball rolling and add them every 2 weeks (but i look like **** right now so will see when i upload them - the changes over the following 12 weeks are gunna be good though )

Yerp Scott Leeson has got a good physique, but never believe gear doses people tell you - hes on more.

1.4g is nothing in bodybuilding comps these days, just people dont like to admit it as theres such a stigma attached.

I am running 1.3g myself and plan to up this alot when i bulk again.

It wasn't Scott Leeson, it was the 5ft 7 doing the South Coast show. Interesting point about the gear dosages, not sure if you came across BritBB when he rana journal but he was using a fraction of that gear and his results were superb. He certainly worked hard at it though.
How many cycles have you actually run?
Upload the pictures, nothing more rewarding when you see the transformation.

This is the rough diet i follow:

Eggs 4 yellows, 6 whites

2 tins tuna in carrot and corrianda soup

70g protien whey/500mls oj

Cottage 650g cheese and broccoli.

10 EFAs

Very basic and mabey too low in cals for my size i may add one more meal in, in a few weeks depending on wieght loss.

I have a carb day once a week of potatoes, rice and tortilla chips.

I dont cheat when i am cutting.

Ahh sorry mate, havnt seen this other guy any links?

But BritBB has ran gear for years and years so dose over time plays a factor (i also think he was probly taking more gear than he admits- call me a cinic lol), these days juniors especialy are getting pushed harder and harder befor they hit first timers.

Ive been on gear a total of 4 months and ran 2 cycles mate.

Yer il get the cam out in a bit take some pics in the garden its a nice day and the lighting will be nice and harsh.
