ORIGINAL: Scott32 I am down 6lbs in 2 days lol I dont mind cutting, it just makes me a totally differant person to be around though. *Btw Pete Philly is really good mate. yeah i like him too. i know what you mean lol, a little while ago i just sort of crash dieted for a couple weeks because i was looking 'watery'. people were saying 'looking large shaun' at first i was like well i havnt been eating much and i feel small. a couple more times it was 'fcuk off and leave me alone' lol we think we look small at the best of times let alone when restricting foood. cutting is so sh1t

LOL cutting is ok for now, like i say weeks 2-4 are the killers. Once your passed that it only gets hard when you hit 10% a below. I see no point in a cut that doesnt get me to single figures 12% - 8% the changes are emence.

Good luck with this, looking forward to seeing you progress bud. Will you be sticking progress pics up every so often? How do you find your strength is affected when you cut? Should be interesting to see how you rebound after this cut also.

Hey mate il chuck one up at the end of each month. Strength is effected alot, but i dont mind as long as i am maintaining muscle size on this cut i couldnt care less what my lifts end up at. Looking forwards to the rebound, i should be doing a show in October then the plan is to bulk for a whole year and hit the stage again in 2010 at 21.

What diet approach are you taking atm Scott? I'm still ticking over relatively well on my low carbs, though the gym in this heat ain't fun

Phase 1: Drop fats/simple sugars slightly Phase 2: Set diet gets put in place (looking at overal cals) Phase 3: Set diet is adapted to drop carbs slightly Phase 4: Set diet is very much adapted to high protien, modarate fats and timed carbs. Phase 5: Start cardio 60 mins ed. (if needed this might come later) Phase 6: Start Clen. Phase 7: Drop carbs to 40-60 kentosis. Phase 8: (after reaching goal) carb cycle put in place for maintence. Thats my cutting plan. In phase 1 at the moment. Week 3-4 carbs well be dropped to 120g.

Ye i was just wondering, some people manage to keep a large amount of it. When you go on your next bulk, are you planning to stay leaner to make the cut easier, or dirty bulk your way up? What are your plans regarding posing? I dont envy you having to learn how to do it properly.

Weekly morning weight: Start: 17.10 Week 1: 17.4 6lb wieght loss, this well level out to 2-3 pounds loss each weeks following as carb and water level will be more balanced out. Just come back from Muscle Mayhem, some nice physiques displayed and the venue was really good.
