Just watch me then

You must be cutting quite slowly then i assume - if you're in PCT in the new year then cutting towards may?

Cutting was a piece of cake compared to bulking IMO, i'm hoping to do a much briefer (albeit probably harsher) cut this time round, no longer than 12 weeks.

Any tricks of the trade you care to share?

All I would say is don’t jump straight in to using all your life lines at once - stagger it so that once you reach a plateau with that approach vary it slightly and go again I used 6 approaches in a 14 week cut last year.

You probably knew that though!!

Swift – Throw in a bit after legwork out maybe twice a month, I really don’t think its necessary with all the other core lifts though. What are your thoughts?

my thoughts are that when your bulking up you wont really be able to see them anyway, if i know im going to cut at a certain date though ill start doiing them say a month or two before.

by the way thought id throw in that i think deads and squats are over-rated as bodybuilding movemnts

good luck wth the journal mate, all the best people were born in 1989, although it would seem 1989 is the year of the powerlifter rather than the bb

what bf% are you at roughly mate?

I really have no idea mate i have never cracked a 200kg deadlift yet feel i can get a 240kg squat out.

I have great lower back fle><abilty prehaps this is why it hampers my deadlift in some way..
