You recon 2 stone of lean gains? I'd agree with you since you said you put on 5 stone but if anyone else said this everyone would say bullshit you cant gain that much muscle its fat and water. Be interesting to see you prove the ****ers wrong.

I really do think that it is in the region of 2stone lean gain. Only time well tell - just dont want to **** it up and loose a shed load on the cut.

Only thing i am worried about is my colesterol as im on gear i dont want it to trash my LDLS and HDLS up - they are a bit on the iffy side atm.

IMO if they're looking on the iffy now and you're starting cutting in a few weeks then there's not much to worry about - are you starting to taper down your cals/macros now then?

This is why i tend to eat as clean as i can and not just go for cals cals cals as my doc said to be careful with the foods im eating when im on just to be safe.

This does have alot of truth to it i feel if i was running on for any longer i wouldnt have take the see food and eat it approach.

I have to add that even though on face value my diet look likes it is **** it does have the neccessary dietry requerments.

*sorry about the spelling spell checkers not working for me tonite
