Yeah everything in moderation as long as your not eating like that for really extended amounts of time i could see the build up over time and clogging of the arteries but just a few months shouldn't be irreversible.

Your looking very big in you new av scott!

I look forward to seeing the cut pics.

Are you a model? in opne of your old av's it looked a bit like a photo shoot style photograph.

All the best

Tom

I do think 1988 is slightly better than 1989 though

Thanks mate , although am very bloated out atm.

I work for a company called Lx fitness yer, and have an agent sort me out some topless work in the early spring.

I think you well find 1988 was just OK. 1989 and the world was graced with my presents

Todays chest session :-

Smith machiene bench press:
5 sets,
12 reps, 80kgs
12 reps, 100kgs
10 reps, 120kgs
8 reps, 120kgs
12 reps, 60kgs

Incline DB's:
4 sets,
12 reps, 37.5kg each
10 reps, 37.5kg each
9 reps, 35kg each
7 reps, 30kg each - i was ****ed by this point

Dips BW 108kgs:
3 sets,
12 reps
12 reps
11 reps

Skull Crushers EZ:
4 sets,
15 reps, 65kgs
15 reps, 65kgs
12 reps, 70kgs
10 reps, 72.5kgs

Loved this workout if only they were that productive normally!

Reason for smith is because i cycle between free wieght bench and smith in 8 week periods.

I atchually prefere smith for chest hypertrophy allows for more control and TUT.

Nice journal scott, you may be looking like a fat bastard at the moment but will look awesome when cut

How are you finding those ez bar skull srushers in comparison to a normal bar? I may give them a try.

Hey buddy, you must be cringing at the amount of bodyfat i allow myself to put on

I dont use straight bar all that often for anything my inner wrists are very weak and cant really take the strain.

I like EZ skull crushers though, i feel its a more natural pos for the wrists to be sitting in.

Looks like a respectable level of body fat to me. You look very muscular and after the cut will look stunning. Good luck!

Not really mate, you hold that fat quite well. I seem to put on alot of fat on my face if i bulk much above 15% and it affects my confidence, so i cant really do it and so take the slower route of staying lean. Your method is obviously the quicker route.

What have the gains been like on your first cycle compared to natural training by the way? and have you noticed any pychological changes, ie increased confidence/aggression? I am also considering my first cycle, maybe sometime next year- Test e 250mg

Tbh i will end up going to the clean side of bulking as soon as i am happy with the amount of mass i am holding.

This is my first cycle so i really dont no how much i will keep, however i seem to respond really well so i have faith for gear use in the future. Down side of being on cycle for me is that i feel slightly more irriatable, alot more tierd when taking orals and just a little bit run down almost like i have a cold coming.

Mabey start on a slightly higher dose than 250mgs to really reap the full benifits of first cycle. There is litterally so much to learn about gear it facinates me, just try and read read and read some more
