Right guys this is a premature 2008's journal, I will be the first to admit its not going to be highly structured nor is it going to be even that legible but nevertheless its here to help me focus!
I have trained since the age of 14 in some way or another, going from rugby as a fat young teen, to a year later (15) going on a crash diet lots of cardio and weights 6 days a week (this was a terrible way of losing weight but I did see good results albeit with some health issues.)
From 15-16 onwards I finally found some form of format to my training, 5 days week resistance training at 9.2 stone (minimal body fat 7%).
Over the last 2 and half years I have been dedicated to bodybuilding alone, having quit rugby after a motorcycle crash resulting in a broken knee this has since healed to 90% efficiency.
I am sitting at 16.9 stone 23%bf at a height of 5,8 and am 18 years of age.
Plans for this year include getting up on a bodybuilding stage competing as a junior (if I feel adequate enough).
So guys thats basically it well make the rest up as we go along!
