Looking forwards to the cut now mate infact i cant wait only 9 more days till it begins.

Thanks for your support mate, you got your priorities sorted for 2008 both in and out of the gym??

Not the average 18 year old are you mate?!

120kg for 8 reps on the smith bench...Very good lifting. Have been lifting 6 years and I'm only at 100 for 10. Looks like you have the genetics, go for it.

I think i do have good genetics yes, not brilliant but good enough to get a pro card hopefully thats my aim.

Yes mate priorities are in order for 2008. Ive already tried a couple of nights on the town with no drinking and still had a laugh. 2008 will be a good year. New routine too, Ill be using the ToxicToffe bulking routine as soon as I lose a little more fat and my numb hand becomes 100% normal.

cheers for the offer of putting up pics for me, i have a pic from a year ago and im going to take the same photo again, to the day, in same place if that makes sense.

hope you can appreciate that ive been out of the gym for 10 or so days due to christmas, and diet has been stella and mass gainer tbh.

so yeah gimme two weeks, two sessions on each body part and ill take some pics and shoot them across to you when im back to normal.

so early jan, pics will be up

What a pain, been having problems with MT last few days and as a result couldnt sign back in with my account so had to set a new one up that appears to be working hope it remains this way.

On the training front i finish my cycle 2mura, going to take 7 days of training totally let my body recover it has taken a battering!

Looks like a quite night in with the misses this new years so alchol and reccys should be kept at bay.

* 7 days to the cut and counting

Sounds good bro, im coming off pretty soon myself (next week). Been a ****ty cycle with the mono and all but after my short break off i will come back at 100% ready to go to nationals for strongman this summer.

So you just mixing the rep range up for a few more weeks or what bro?

Ive desided to use the last phase of cutting to be done on cycle starting start of march time-ish.
