aye mate good for you then

i have been dieting 10 days and i have dropped 6 lbs roughly so i am expecting most of that to be water however i am not looking too flat so i am quite pleased so far.

i am doing moderate carbs fat and protein at the moment and 7-10 steady state cardio sessions for 30 mins

for what its worth the big lads who competed at the british like blackman etc

they eat EXACTLY the same thing every day, then factor in more cardio as its needed to get the crap off.

righty has started with this approach also i beleive

Update please!!!!!!!!

I fully expect you to have gone from "16.9 stone 23%bf" down to 13 stone and right back up to 19 stone by now, going by your previous weight gains/losses

is s~32 your alter ego?

Tom
