aye mate good for you then i have been dieting 10 days and i have dropped 6 lbs roughly so i am expecting most of that to be water however i am not looking too flat so i am quite pleased so far. i am doing moderate carbs fat and protein at the moment and 7-10 steady state cardio sessions for 30 mins

7-10 steady state cardio sessions for 30 mins Same approuch as me but this well only apply to the last 6-7 weeks of diet. Yer well be mostly water ul hit the flat stage soon then ul be threw it in no time cruising
