Looking good AJ I must say.

However I do think you would be better off bulking as you are already low bf bud.

More mass is the way to go, eat big and get big then cut.

Thanks mate, think im going to carry on eating slightly above maintainance and focus on cramming the cals in around lifting with some am cardio to keep my metabolism in check.

I think there's few conflicting reports on using Proviron during PCT mate. Could actually hinder natty production.
I'm going to run PCT a little different this time and will keep a report going in journal.

at 25-50mg per day suppression shouldnt be an issue. I know bertie over on ugm wont do PCT without it he says the benefits far outweigh any negatives.

Anyways diet for today is below- looking forward to raping and pillaging my legs later on

3am protein shake
8am oats and eggs
10am mass attack shake+ bannana!
12 200g b.rice chicken breast and fine beans
15:00 tuna sarny
6:00pm 200g b.rice chicken breast and fine beans
7:30 TRAIN
PWO-40g protein 60g cornflour
9:00-200g b.rice chicken breast and fine beans
9:30-mass attack shake!
10 cottage cheese

Notes:
had to get rid of the lady over the weekend, she was distracting me, she was quite upset.

Dont know whether its the mass fx and c-drol but have a feel good mood-its sort of euphoric.

last nights chest session was really good, i focussed on the form a lot more... i.e i holding at the bottom and keeping the tempo slow got some mega doms today.

I felt like it took me longer to recover after my last cycle when I ran proviron into pct. Although I did do a 12 week oral cycle so hard to say which it was.

lol CJW im trying, im trying...i dont want to get fat though

legs session was a mad one again as usual lol did 150kg on squats for 20 reps next week ill put an extra 10kg on for 199% bw!

leg press 50x15, 100x12, 150x12, 200x12, 250x10, 300x8, 350x6, 400x5
squat 60kgx12, 100kgx10, 120kgx15, 150kgx20
leg extension 3x down the rack from 150

SLDL's 80kgx10, 80kgx10, 80kgx10
superset with down the rack lying leg curls starting at 100

did two sets of 50reps on standing calf raises, 10 fast-10 slow not sure of weight but would put a guess its about 40-60kg

im going to have an extra weight gainer shake to try and help recovery because i feel really fooked.

lol, give it a crack you may even enjoy it... i did ... rest day today, im not going to concentrate on diet just going to focus on getting enough protein in throughout the day.

Worth noting, i used a weight belt for that set and felt it was easier with it.
