legs session was a mad one again as usual lol did 150kg on squats for 20 reps next week ill put an extra 10kg on for 199% bw!

leg press 50x15, 100x12, 150x12, 200x12, 250x10, 300x8, 350x6, 400x5
squat 60kgx12, 100kgx10, 120kgx15, 150kgx20
leg extension 3x down the rack from 150

SLDL's 80kgx10, 80kgx10, 80kgx10
superset with down the rack lying leg curls starting at 100

did two sets of 50reps on standing calf raises, 10 fast-10 slow not sure of weight but would put a guess its about 40-60kg

Hey, been flicking through your journal. I'm interested to see how you will get on with c+droll and mass fx as i'm currently reasearching themboth and want to see your results!

Your lifts are very good, i'd be chuffed if i ever get near them!

Haha, i hate walking around like john wayne...

i pack the carbs in the evening because i tend to train quite late, i usually go to bed feeling quite bloated but im not the biggest advocate of no carbs before bed lol.

150 x 10 is some going considering that in December you were only doing 120 x 10.

Got any videos?

It's 150kg x 20.

I agree with Tony, Anabolic Jay. I’m afraid something doesn’t quite add up with your squats; a sub-85kg person with 21” legs who OH presses 50kg and was squatting 120kg for reps a few months ago would not generally be capable of repping 200kg x 6 or 150kg x 20.

Ill bring the camera, a spare set of batteries and a fresh memory card with enough space for 15 mins of huffing and puffing

J, where do you wanna train mate, if not FF then where that you can perhaps sneak me in for free on a guest pass

Also know anyone who has a spare set of knee wraps? Ive got a belt but no wraps and i wanna go heavy on squats but im afraid my knee wont hold up

half way down second page of my journal. was doing 120 for 20 back in jan.

although im pretty pissed off with you questioning me, im proud of my achievements if it makes you think my progression is a lie.
It goes to show whats acheivable when you dedicate yourself 100% to diet and dont miss sessions for anything or anyone.

Strength isn't always directly related to size. I do feel that having 21" legs and showing no crossover strength in any other lift is very suspicious though. I'll be more than happy to give you the credit you'd deserve if a clear vid is put up on here and/or someone else I trust sees you performing these squats; I rarely hesitate giving credit where it's due or mind eating my own words.

For the moment though, there's no way I believe you're capable of squatting 150kgx 20 or 200kg x 6.

200kgx6 is VERY hard, I have trouble squating that and im 19s and quite big I might add! But I agree size had NOTHING to do with strength!

Get a video up mate and prove them all wrong!
