Hey J. I just thought I would pop in and see how your training is coming along and offer up some words of encouragement to kinda say thanks for the help you have given me over the past few weeks.

But from what I have read you don’t need any so keep up the good work bud. You are shifting some good weight atm especially on deads. You must have an iron back lol!!!!!

No probs glad to be at your service, yeah back & traps overshadow my chest a bit which seems to be my stubborn part... Cheers for the encouragement very much appreciated. Will pop into your journo and see how the epi cycle goes.

Did a massive cook up last night and have my chicken ready for next three days, veg all chopped up ready to go in micro. I find cooking most of my food in one go is easier and i can do my bits and pieces like sweet pots and broccolli the night before to keep 'em fresh. Diet wasnt v.clean over the weekend met an old mate for nandos on sat and it was a mates b-day so went out for a meal with her aswell although i only got tavuk sis(chicken shish) i still feel dirty...
Started the jungle warfare last week but not expecting to notice anything for another 2 weeks.
Sat and sun was 30 mins HIT cardio.

No sides so far this time
last time i used it i got some really fcucking twisted freaky dreams, and my temper was a bit shorter but other than that none... Some people dont rate it, ive never used gear so cant compare it but i love this stuff, the extra strength is incredible.

Lol I had to read your diet on the 31st Jan twice I thought it read 12 chicken breasts lol!!!! I thought what the funk????

120 on BOBBR is awesome AJ good job. I have read loads on JW but never bought it as always a little dubious as to its quality but you seem to be responding to it very well.

Yes lots of controversy surrounding it, seems to be like marmite, it’s the second time I’ve used it and TBH I love it.

I derive great pleasure from eating Lol, if cost & time wasn’t an issue I would happily eat 12 “dry” chicken breasts a day lol, speaking of chicken breasts I got given some frozen ones from Morrison’s looked at the ingredients expecting to see CHICKEN, but no it said CHICKEN 88%(needless to say I did still eat ‘em just boiled them to get rid of the sodium and water!
Im pretty fussy about the quality of breast meat and so far I think tesco’s has the most palatable out of the big chain supermarkets.

Aye I too boil my chicken the way real men should.

I stole the idea from NYJAM many moons ago.

It will be interesting to see what you think to JW after you have given M-Dien a try.
