Anyone ever had it, if so how do you deal with it?

my GF was in a bar last night and saw this lad she hadnt seen for a while.

he was a juicer and had stopped due to probs with him missus.

she says too him, whats happened too you, you look really small god look at your arms they are so thin.

i listened with mouth open.

i then explained it was like him saying she had put loads of weight on and he thighs looked flabby.

she then realised what she said

i hateeeee ppl saying things about my size/weight.. im 17 and 6ft4 (big i know lol) and its well hard to fill out..grrr lol

Had someone insult my physique to my face many years ago. When I was about 21. I was wasted at the time (on acid) so I didn't do anything. Ruined my trip though, and spoiled my night. Which was his aim I guess

I caught up with him a couple of weeks later and gave him the hiding of his life

We have a little gallery on the wall in the shop of bodybuilders we know in show condition either on stage or in the gym, there is also a few signed photos of famous bodybuilders. Some of the photos are of females and there is one of me.

People come in and go "eeuuurrrghhhhh look at that thats disgusting they look like freaks! And look at the WOMEN!! Oh my god they are like MEN that is REPULSIVE"

Me standing there drumming fingers on the countertop, clearing my throat waiting for the penny to drop....... then when it does i just let them flounder and dig themselves deeper lol.

Best of it is its always from fat birds in for fat burners lol.....

im sick of being called skinny and people mean it in a deragtory way too. grandad came round who i hadnt seen in months "look how skinny you are" and my best mate who i seen every couple months always says something like "you need to eat" or "theres nowt on you"
i went from my highest 19st to about 12.5 in 2-3 years. no one was actually happy for me, they just call me skinny. i dont care though, im 13.6 now and my waist is 2 inches smaller than it was when i was 13.6 previously

Yeah thats the kinda comment im on about, sortve speaking before thinking about it really

Its a problem for me as i cant find jeans or trousers that fit around my quads at the moment, i have a 31" waist but my jeans look like fcuking leggings at the moment

i was stuffing mt face with pasta and tuna at work and get on of the usual comments "why are you eating all that?"

too which i replied "im dangerously underweight"

she said oh right ok then and walked off. bit of an insult that she totally believed me

Its like a bad habit really that just wont go away, i know they dont mean nothing to me but its that little niggle at the back of my mind that says, what if theyre right?

mate that is progress. people are only saying that becuase your progress and willpower makes them feel bad about themselves. fcuk em.

whenever i get derogatory comments its usually to do with jealousy, which i'm more than happy to point out to them.
