Right now I think i'd just say "Fat I may be, and next year I shall be ripped. But you will always be ugly" (if you hear a rumbling it's Churchill turning in his grave!). Actually i'd probably just tell them to "**** Off". It's easier. And you look less of a ponce.

That kind of thing always annoys me. It's a womans body to do with as she wishes. What the ****'s it got to do?? Would they stand their looking at a gallery of fat people (or, failing that, a Mirror) and say "Gosh. They look like freaks... Look at the flab... They look like beached whales..."??? Whether you like the body-builder (of either gender) look or not you have to have to admire the dedication, self-control and hard work that's gone into it.
Or you could just take the piss whilst scoffing BK, if that's easier.

my little brother says im fat in the belly and it sticks out too much lol and my pap says im getting fat in the face now oh well my aim is to get bigger so cant complain

i dont mind it when people say i am gettin a bit fat i just no that they don't have a fcuking clue!!
Im 5ft9 and 14st- i'm pretty lean but have got a pretty large waist!
Anyway its when people tell me im skinny when my goat may be got!
Usually I don't let it bother me i just use it! Makes me more pumped up to throw more weight about in the gym (not literally of course)
People commenting onmy man boobs lately has really been ****ing me off!Q!

ye i get the odd one i suppose im not really that big or that cut so attention is usually focused on someone bigger or more cut

I am not sure if you have done much acid in your time (I am guessing not from your reply?), but it makes you think a bit strangely. It can certainly cloud one's decision making abilities
If you are genuinely asking me why I gave him a beating 2 weeks later, the answer is because I saw him and became angry, partly at the thought of him mocking me, and partly at the thought that the only reason he mocked me in the first place was because he knew I was on acid and so he could get away with it. He took advantage of the situation, fair enough. I kicked the sh't out of him for it, fair enough. All is fair in love and war eh

cut the guy some slack. he's got mental health issues

Sometimes it stems from jealousy of your physique.
Other times they may genuinely mean it
If its down to jealousy then take it as a compliment.
If its a negative comment and they genuinely mean it ie if they ask if you have put on weight and you are cutting then thats another story
It may come down to various reasons, such as the clothes you may be wearing, the angle they may have seen you at, perhaps your posture was different, ie slouching, making your stomach bulge out, making you appear 'fat'
The other possibility is that they find you unpleasing to the eye.
They may say 'ewww, look a the size of your belly' or 'yuk, look at those muscles coming out of your neck'
They may actually be disgusted by certain aspects of your physique and just spit it out without thinking. While this lacks tact, sometimes it happens, people just say things that come into their head without thinking.
Maybe certain aspects of your personality grate them and this makes them look at you in disgust in general, the comment may not actually be solely about your physique. They may have just taken a dislike to you, hence making looking at you an unpleasant task.
The comment may be about more than just your body, similar to arguing in a relationship may not actually be about the petty thing you are arguing about but about other unresolved issues.
At the end of the day its how you take it, you can either take it to heart and cry about it or use it to fuel your desire to train harder and eat better.
I know which one I would choose

Instead of admitting your psychotic behaviour in the incident you related, you attempt to excuse it as "all is fair in love and war". The first step is to admit that you have a problem..my rates are quite reasonable and im sure we can come to some arrangement

My 8 year old is doing my head in, I'm going to really scratch him if he carries on... and mean it, fcuk what the RSPCA say!!!
He gives me my hug at night before bed, pats my belly while going, "chubby, chubby, chubby, chubby, chubby, chubby" in a really fast deep monotone voice.
It rocks me to the core.
But my eldest makes me feel better whn he's plaing smackdown VS raw on the play station and says, "look dad, I'm gonna FU yer"... at first I thought, no FU, saying FU rather than fcuk you doesn't mak it OK so stop the swearing but it's actually a move and the person he was saying I was, was Batista... not sure if it's because of my muscles or my chin moheacan beard line thing but I don't care... Batista and me in the same sentance is good enough for me.
There's the pleasure pain balance restored for my self consciousness.

I used to quite a lot being a chubby child, but now they just kinda shut up as im bigger than them and they know i can crush their torso using only my bicep.

I get asked by close friends and family are you putting on weight? Looks like you've lost weight... You look like a man... Junky etc...
Yes when i bulk i look tubbier, when im cutting obviously i look slimmer, and yes i use drugs to achieve my physique.
They dont bother me really.
The comments about i know this guy bigger than you... That makes me laugh, chances are, they dont and besides which-im a woman, i wont ever have 20inch arms try as i may... And the comments i know this woman bigger than you... Wel i know that 9x out of 10 they dont because iv not seen a female my size, and thoughs that are, well there's only a handful in this world that are,
