30/01/08 push 3x12 poor session, blame it on being ill previously Bench 30kg- Shoulder press 20kg- dips90kg+ only thing i manage to complete was dips, bench had a 12,10,8 pattern and shoulder press i couldnt get more than 6 not the best but move on from it

01/02/08 Legs 3x12 Squat 105kg+ SLDL 95kg+ no calf raises shattered, squats were killer and took forever to get through the sets, felt good to get them all done tho no troubles with SLDL, didnt bother with calfs... may start doing them first as i never have the time of day for them

Pull 3x12 Deadlift 130kg 12/12/8 Row 30kg+ absolutely knackered. couldnt do chins or curls finding the 3x12 too taxing, just hoping this is temporary

New routine! much more volume than before. training a bodypart twice in 8 days will drop weights to begin and see where i can take them back up to reps are 12, 10, 8, 6, 6 some movements 5 sets, some as few as 2 but always in that rep order Day 1 5 x bench press 65 70 75 80 80 4 x military press 35 37.5 37.5 40 3 x flies 12 12 12 4 x skullcrushers 5 7.5 10 12.5 4 x squats 100 110 112.5 120 4 x leg extension ? ? ? 71

Day 2: 23 sets 19/02/08 5 x close grip chins 86 86 86 91 91 2 x rows 30 32.5 4 x deadlifts 125 135 140 152.5 4 x barbell curl 15 15 15 17.5 4 x leg curl 43 43 47.5 50 4x calve raise (20 reps) 50 50 50 50 felt harder than normal, chins were tough as was deadlifts still, deads will be upped again next week... just have to make sure im gettin enough food in

plan now is to take a week to deload, eat up and rest well after that i will have done this routine for 6 weeks enjoyed it but feeling like a change now and so after the deload i will be starting chad waterbury's ABBH 1

deload week 5 x bench press 57.5 60 62.5 67.5 67.5 4 x military press 30 30 32.5 35 3 x flies 10 10 12.5 4 x skullcrushers 10 10 12.5 12.5 4 x squats 85 90 95 100 great session, felt content getting to the gym and the intensity was perfect to get some rest in other sessions were done to 80% of previous weights Day 2: 23 sets 5 x close grip chins 2 x rows 4 x deadlifts 4 x barbell curl 4 x leg curl 4x calve raise (20 reps) Day 3: 24 sets 5 x incline bench press 2 x flat dbell press 4 x dbell military 4 x skullcrushers 5 x leg press 4 x leg extension Day 4: rest
