started bulking again dec 2007, plan is to bulk for a long time, ideally till 2009 bodyweight as follows: My Weight Chart:  > bodypart twice in 8 days split, 09/02/08 Page 2 Chad Waterbury's ABBH, 31/03/08 Page 3 Bill Starr's 5x5 (Madcow), 03/08/08 Page 4 Lifts: 01/12/07 Bench: 3 x 92.5 Squat: 3 x 130 Deadlift 3 x 170 28/06/08 Squat: 3 x 160kg 12/08/08 Deadlift 3 x 200kg 24/08/08 Squat: 5x160kg Bench: 7x100kg

current routine: Pull Deadlifts Dumbbell Rows Weighted Underhand Chins EZ-Bar curls (3x12) Push Incline Dumbbell Press Dumbbell Shoulder Presses Tricep Dips Tricep Extension (3x12) Legs Squats Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts calf raises (4x20) Weighted Crunches (4x12) from start of december to next week its 5x5. going to then move on and do 3 weeks 4x6 (inc. week off through new year), 2 weeks 3x8, 2 weeks 3x12 and then start a new routine
Squat - 160kg for 5 Bench - 100kg for 7 Deadlift - 200kg for 3 Journal

23/12/07 Legs 5x5 Squats 125kg+ SLDL 115kg+ calf press 68kg 20,18,15,15 squats were solid, felt heavy as per but more comfortable carrying out the reps

28/12/07 Push 4x6 Bench 34kg Shoulder press 22kg Dips 104kg tri extension 120lbs (3x12) shoulders were harder than i thought they'd be, 6th rep each time was a struggle

wasn't able to train over the new year period, gym closed so started up again fresh on monday 7/1/08 Pull 4x6 Deadlift 150kg+ Row 34kg+ Chins 92kg+ total all lifts felt solid, changing to 3x8 next week

11/01/08 Legs 4x6 Squats 125kg 6.6.5 - 120kg - 6 SLDL 112.5kg+ calf press 15kg each side smith machine 20 20 20 workout went really bad, so hard and felt sick after squats have left my thighs broken today, there's DOMS and theres not wanting to stand up...

22/1/08 Pull 3x8 Deadlift 145kg+ Row 34kg+ Chins (bodyweight)+ EZ curls 10kg a side deadlifts were solid, if tiring rows were good but some reps were questionable... chins tough as always, did the reps but several cheats
