current routine:

Deadlifts
Dumbbell Rows
Weighted Underhand Chins
EZ-Bar curls (3x12)


Push
Incline Dumbbell Press
Dumbbell Shoulder Presses
Tricep Dips
Tricep Extension (3x12)


Legs
Squats
Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts
calf raises (4x20)
Weighted Crunches (4x12)




from start of december to next week its 5x5. going to then move on and do 3 weeks 4x6 (inc. week off through new year), 2 weeks 3x8, 2 weeks 3x12 and then start a new routine

workout went really bad, so hard and felt sick after
squats have left my thighs broken today, there's DOMS and theres not wanting to stand up...
