3 wrestling matche 2day got pinned in first round got pinned in 2nd round lost by pointss funny thing was he was the best of the 3 lo got home and lifted squat 3x5 95lb bench 3x5 95lb chinup

squat 3x5 145 OH press 3x5 85 chinup 3x6 rested a lil bit then was not satisfied with my squats so went and squated 3x5 155. was very pleased with my self =)

boxing heavy bag 3 rds pads 3 rds speed bag 2 rd jump rope 2 rds straight 3x weighted decline twist situps 3x leg raises rest weight lifting squat 3x5 185 i went up 20lbs because i ddint ave the weight to only go up 10 but i didnt go down ATG but i went down to parralel OH press 3x5 75 deadlift 1x5 205 very happy with y self

boxing 3 rds shadwo 3 heavy 3 pads 2 speed 2 straight jumprope abs decline situps with twist pullup pushups ball drops 2x leg raises squat 3x5 175 picture perfect form bench 3x5 135 again picture perfect form chinup 3x7 a new PR for me lol.
