5 135
5 144
Bench 5 122
5 122

Assistance
3 Sets of Barbell Curls x 8 reps
3 Sets of Triceps Extensions x 8 reps
Felt light, but I suppose this is the easy part of the routine Also done some calfs. Of out for a bike ride soon, had a lovely tea tonight, this is what I done. Half a cup uncooked of brown rice, cooked it made a very small bowl. I then fried 150g of chicken breast with some chopped garlic & ginger, added 1 chopped onion, loads of chopped peppers & 3 cups of broccili. Added 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes ( only 43 cals )(half a tea spoon of sugar to take away the tang of the toms) I then added a tea spoon of garam masala & a tea spoon of tandorri spice, half a squeezed lemon juice. I must say, this was a lovely low calorie curry

Tipical meal today is: 1 salmon fillet 100g sweet potato 3 cups of brocilli 2 handfulls of chopped peppers. I part boiled the sweet potatoe wedges and stuck them on high in the oven with the peppers, mmmmmmmm lovely!!!! This is the sauce I made for it: • 2 medium garlic cloves, pressed • 1 TBS Dijon mustard • 1 + 2 TBS fresh lemon juice • ¼ cup chicken broth • 1 tsp honey • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill • salt and white pepper to taste . 1/2 choppen onion Add garlic & onion to a stainless steel skillet and stir for half a minute. Add mustard, and whisk in 2 TBS lemon juice, broth, honey, salt and pepper. Cook on high heat for a minute to reduce slightly and add dill. Pour over salmon and serve. The sauce was bloody lovely!!!!!

Well lost 5lb this week maybe a 2-3lb was water due to low carbs most of the week. Also down to 39" waist, thats 3/4" off! and lost 1 mark on the caliper So all going well, the mirror is looking much better, altho feeling slighty flat in the morning. Get a good pump in the gym tho, also Ive got and unsuprising amount of energy in the gym on low carb, higher fat days. For brekkie I had some pancakes with lemon juice and sweetner. Mmmm lol. Along with 100g of oats & skimmed milk. Didnt get up till 10am so was hungry

Hey samcim, thanx for the kind comments on mee journal. Mate looks like Youve been through what i went through.... When was the back photo taken in your profile pic... Looks real good there mate! And wow... what a difference between 2005 and 2006 (1st and 2nd photo!) I cant see your face but wouldnt believe it was the same person! Plus looks much better without all the hair! And you've put on quite a lot of muscle without putting on that much fat. Something i have constantly failed at. When i bulk, i get fat! But keep it up mate and keep us posted with new pics.

Cheers mate, the back picc was june last year, same as picc 2 in my sig. My waist there was 38" so only 1" to go, should hit that in 3-4 weeks I suppose, then got a extra month to tone up more :) Altho my goal is May, so hopefully I will see some abs then! Yeah might post a picc next week, or maybe leave it till march and hopefullly it will be a shocker! This carb cycling is the bollox IMO, its shedding the fat off me!
