Well decided not to go jogging tonight, I done some H.I.I.T instead! There is some steps 5 mins cycle from me, it consists of 120 steep steps Very steep lol! So I cycled there and used this for my HIIT. Sprinted up as fast as possible, a little 20 second break at top (I was fcuked lol!) then a quick step down. I repeated this 7 times, my legs were like jelly afterwards and sweating like crazy! Felt my heart was going to explode lol! The cycle home was tiring heh! Gunna do this maybe 2 times a week see how it goes

Not started it yet mate :) 1 & 1/2 weeks time but Im getting impatient lol Might start it a week early for 9 weeks instead of 8. I fully recovered from my last cycle, my libado was back ages ago!

Ive tuned to the dark side a week & 1/2 early!!!!!!!Couldnt resist! 100mg prop 100mg mast Gunna do this till 6 week out then add the winny, 4 weeks out add the tren, Im gunna go on the T3 tommorow too & the clen Told you Im ipatiant!

Ok done bi's in the gym today, my legs hurt after HIIT yesterday but syill done a light jog tonight, done about 3 miles in 30 mins, slow pace. Just done a little mess about and added the cals ect in my food.: Carbs: Rice: 235g Oats: 65g Ketchup: 6x15g= 24g Total: 324g Cals: 1296 protein Chicken: 315g Whey: 40g = 35g Total: 350g Cals: 1400 Fat: Linseeds: 6g Fish oil tabs: 15 = 15g Peanut butter: 8g Oats: 7g Total: 36g Cals: 324 Total cals: 3020

Well my legs are SMASHED!!!!!!!! I cant walk FFS lmao! Climbing those steps had hammered my fecking legs lol! Honestly I cant walk, I have to keep my knees straight to walk ha! Also doing the prop & mast in my quads hasnt helped!!! Done 10mcg of clen this morning along with 50mcg of T3. Tomorrow Im gunna do 20mcg clen. Saturday Im going up to 100mcg of T3 and gunna stay at that for a while, see how I get on.

Yeah I might add some more fats tbh, Might add the olive oil back in with my first 3 chicken & rice meals. Seems ok? The cycle, just started the mast & prop A little early but I feel Im ready for it

Ok diet was great last night untill about 7pm, my legs are so smashed I could do any cardio! I had a apple, orange, a blue ribbon , bowl of oats & small bowl of musli with milk instead of my 10pm chicken & rice meal. only 200 cals over what I would normally have in a day but no protein b4 bed :( Gunna change my diet around (again!) as this rice & chicken isnt working, its getting to monotamous! New diet: 7am 100g oats with water 1/2 glass of whole milk 40g whey with 2 tble spoons of ground flax seeds 10x fish oil caps 10am 180g brown basmatti rice 170g chicken 10ml sauce (ketchup or other) 10ml EV olive oil 1pm same as 10am 4pm same as 10am 4.45pm train/cardio 6pm Bsked potato & tuna 8pm Baked potato & salmon 10pm Fromage frais with sweetner. This seems better right?

Cheers mate, me too! Ok, done my 50mcg of T3 this morning along with 20mcg of clen, felt my heart racing a little in the moring but its all sorted now, will do another 20mcg tomorrow and maybe 40mcg on sunday if sides are ok tomorrow. Diet been fine today, Gunna start cutting my carbs at night soon, maybe in 2-3 weeks or so, I will give this diet till then & see how I get on, dont wanna be cutting them out to soon really. Probably 6 weeks out tbh!

OK update: Start weight: 18s 9lb Week 2: 18s 4lb (5lb loss) Week 3: 18s 1lb (3lb loss) Week 4: 17s 13lb (2lb loss) total weight loss: 10lb ----------------------------------- Start waist: 38" Week 2: 38" (0" loss) Week 3: 39.75" (1/4" loss) Week 4: 39.5" (1/4" loss) total loss: 1/2" ---------------------------------- Week 1/ week 2 Week 3/ week 4 Week 5/ Havent been below 18stone for years! of 37.75" waist for years too! Lighting no too good in that room, the lighting in the gym, I look much better, you can see my abs coming out alot more with good lightling! Deffo see myself getting more cut now, my shoulders in the gym are starting to get alot more shape.
