going back to a 3 day split tomorrow from a full body, starting with back and triceps

probably

deads
wg chins
tbar row machine
dips
kickbacks

i love dips but my elbow aches with overhead tri extensions
chins are about 6 reps

ok dieting this last week has been good

protein and fat have been standard, maybe a bit lower on fat

and

carbs have been moderate and with every meal

cardio is 5 mornings a week 45mins before breakfast and it will now be 30 mins after workouts too, as well as 2 hours football every saturday.

weight hasnt changed much at the gym but body looks loads better in the mirror and clothes.

official weigh in at local leisure centre on wednesday which is 3 weeks since the start.

lifts still good, energy levels good, and motivation still good.

weight on wednesday was 14stone 12.... big drop but i hadnt lost the week before so i probably had lost some but it wasnt showing due to different reasons.

I was looking really fat after christmas at just under 16 stone and now im looking much better

ive made my transition from fat arse to not fat

next step is from not fat to lean

followed by lean to ripped

i havent been lean since i first started training so it should be nice to see this mass whilst being lean

tried a 1rm this week on deads and got 180kgs so im quite happy with that after 16 months of body building directed training

aim is 200kg by september

hi scott, fat loss is going the best it has been ever

i am not loosing very quickly though.. i have gone from 15 stone 12 to 15 stone 2 in 8 weeks so that is just over 1lbs per week however my body composition is at the best it has been at this weight ever,

i started time off on wednesday due to my girlfriends 21st and i will be back on the diet come monday

tbh i prefer it to not be interupted but i couldnt go out and not have a good time for her bday

i still have loads more fat to loose, i would hinder a guess that my abs would be out on show relaxed at about 14 stone, so that is another 16 lbs til then...

NEW GUY i will post some pics very soon if ya like, im very lazy with this journal tbh and i never keep it updated but i cant turn down a request

what pics ok?
front
back lat spread
abs and thigh

well i have given this a good go so far, have felt sh1tty at times but on the whole it has only been hard whilst revising intensely for my exams as i feel my brain demanding me to pik at sugary foods and i find this distracting........

im going to update this thread with pictures of how im looking at the moment... currenrtly 2 weeks away from holiday so hoping for another 4lbs off.......altho i know this will go back on as it is an all inclusive weeks holiday and they have irish cream

i will add pics as they upload because my interweb is running slow

stats are 14 stone and 8 lbs at 5foot 7.5

thanks for checking in daniel m
