Looking good mate. I'm one of the people jealous about your legs lol too

You asked me where I trained in another thread and I never replied , I train at two local works gyms. One is my place of work ( Corus Skinningrove ) where I mostly do cardio and the other is the local potash mine at Boulbly , do you know the area ? You train at the same gym as TONY dont you ?

thank you dirty vest and pagen

pagen i train at jjb where tony trains, i know a part of skinningrove as i refurbed a house there with my uncle a few summers ago.

my leg routine at the moment is mainly just
leg press 3x10

and sometimes i do:
rotary calf machine stack it for 3 sets of whatever comes ~ 25
ham curls 3x12 light because of knee pain

i do deads on a seperate day once a fortnight

every few weeks i do squats instead of leg press and i only squat 110kg for 3x12

i think the legs are genetic, my dad claims a squat of 250kg natural unequipped when he was younger and inside....., dont know if it is true but he hasnt trained in 20+ years and his legs are equal in size to mine but his calves are quite a bit bigger.

pagen... skinningrove is near the sea and the sea is nice

dirtyvest - yeah he claims 280..250...140 nat unequip i am not so strong and i have never really trained for strongth plus i have longer limbs, he is very much short limbs and barrell torso............. and sorry but some of you guys get a big chest from breathing in

AK i am at 182.5kg i believe i could improve it if i did some low rep work but i dont wanna and my waist has really grew from deads.... your deadlift is very impressive so keep at it, i also am impressed and jealous with TIO's deadlift for his size

Hello mate I'm in the same boat as you with regard to legs out growing everything else. If you've seen my pics in General section yesterday you'll see what i mean. I long to have a big upper body, not just legs

Currently i do squats 12,10,8 & 6 reps, leg press 3x8 on one day sometimes leg ext too
then sldl's another day with ham curls (thats after deads) well train tri's directly so i get a rest before sldls

Keep up the good work!

Rodge
