Yes I read anita bean, as recommended by you flick.
Zlaty was just catching up on your journal just now, hope you fully recovered before you go throwing those heavy weights around the gym! I weren't sure who you were at first, just taken my brain pills. I might follow you and TT and give my-self a new name...jelly baby's cute or wonder woman!

I needed to refind myself.

I had wet eyes after hamstring curls on the bad leg yesterday, I think there was a leak in the ceiling

Flick, do you eat all your food plain? Reason i ask is i've just put a tablespoon of hot nando's sauce on my plain old basmatti rice and i've never eaten plain dry chicken and rice so quick! Then it got me thinking there must be method to your madness cause if my food tasted good as that all the time i'd be eatin more of it....im already considering going for seconds it was that nice!

Wednesday

Training-Legs

Each pair of exercises were preformed 3x back to back as super-set. Rep-range 8-12, well that was the plan....
Warmed up 10mins cross trainer

Squats: bar x 16 / 40kgx15 / 60kgx8 Had a bit of a wobbly moment Legs nearly gave way!
SLDL: 40kg x 14 / 40kg x 12 / 40kg x 12

Leg ext: 35kg x 15 / 40kg x 12 / 45kg x 8
Leg curl: 30kg x 15 / 35kg x 12 / 35 x 10 Tried going to 40kg, did a couple of reps but had to move pin back down

Calve press: on leg press machine: 106kg x 12 / 106kgx 12 / 106kg x 10
Leg raises (abs): 12 / 12 / 12

On a few of the exercises the weight i'd selected was too light so i just kept going, i hadn't planned to do 15 squats but if i can keep going maybe i'll keep growing....that sounds cheesy!

Diet

06:30 30g whey
07:30 40g oats, 200ml skim milk, 1 tangerine
9:15-10am *****GYM***** 20g whey pre & post work-out

13:30 100g chicken, 40g basmatti rice, sp Nandos hot sauce (still hungry? ) nibbled 1/2 oat cake

14:00 2 cups of tea with sweetner to fill me up!

Yeah i'll be ok. This evening has not been good at all. I caved in to the fruit loaf.....there was bombay mix too! Can't realy say what triggered it, i haven't been restricting myself i've been eating every few hours...so theres no motive, just lack of self control. Tomorrows a new day i guess
