Sunday
09:30 30g whey, 30g oats, 200ml milk, small bananna blended into a smoothie
12:00 80g chicken, 2 oat cakes
14:00 100g chicken, 30g rice, peas
-----45 MIN cardio-----
17:30 80g turkey, 120g sweet potato, peas, pro-biotic yog
19:30 20g whey, 30g oats, 100ml milk( blended)
21:00 200g cottage cheese

Latley i've gone off coffe, which is strange because im an ex star-bucks additct. I used to look forward to my black coffe before cardio in the mornings but latley i don't have it. Same with milk. I used to love porrige with hot milk and honey but these days the thought of hot milk makes me heave I've been sticking my oats in blender with whey and 200ml of watered down milk.

I've been drinking hot water, I've been doing it ever since i was ill last week so prehaps it's relatled. I even met up with my aunt in star-bucks saturday and i had a mug of hot water... somthings not right.

Pleased with todays eating. The guy i train with weighs 16stone and has started dieting. He's on 250g carbs. I counted up my carbs the other day and im on about 200-230g. Any way i know James isn't fond of numbers but my point is if this guy can cope on the same amount of carbs as me then i can't moan....at least this thought helps me when i think i feel hungry

I'm rubbish, I rarely post my training now, I guess because it's second nature and diet becomes a priority during contest prep so I post that instead...

Stay on it girl!

You have to focus that you are still doing the show to keep yourself working hard at both diet and training. Only feeling part enthused will make you work less for it as you have already partly failed in your mind so when you end up not doing the show you aren't that bothered but deep down you will kick yourself because you know that you could have done better and made it. SOOOOOOOOO......I shall still be seeing you in Manchester

Indeed, I'm only going to Manchester if you get your butt on that stage, otherwise I'll be using the weekend to pinch bits of flab in paranoia while I'm staring in the mirror 4 weeks out from my first show... You will be doing me a massive favour by getting up there

Oh I'm feeling the pressure now flick.Me inspire you?...i'll give it my best.

Speaking of pressure theres this guy at my gym who reckons i'll never compete this year. He approached me during a work-out to comment on my form. I always listen and try not to be arrogant when people give advice so i listened and said thank-you. Then he asked me when im competiting and when i said this summer he replied "no way...never!" I simply said "ok" because i wannted to get back to my work-out but he hung around so I asked him if he competes. He said
he tried to but couldn't nail the diet. He then said you'll need a year maybe two before im ready. He asked how long have I being training and i said a few years but this is the first time im dieting, and i dont expect to win as it's more of a personal thing. He said if i dont want to win i might be ok.

2 days Later my training partner told me this geezer has been asking him 'do you think that girl your trainings gonna be ready then?' I guess it's good to have a different prespective because everyone at the gym who knows i' like to compete are really supportive but this guy is somthing else! Im calling it a reality check but if that guy looked at Zaras, Kittys or even flicks before pics he'd probably knock them too. So gald im seeing James on saturday because his opinion is the only one that counts!

I don't know whats going on in the world of muscle talk at the moment but i'm still hacking away! When im not training im eating, when i'm not eating im cooking, and when i've done the school run and home-work i log onto autotrader instead of muscle talk. My cars a write off

64.8kg......and counting

Sorry to hear about the car.

Ok, you're right to only listen to James. Don't let this other guy knock you as you will go through ups and downs with your confidence and if he catches you on a downer then that can really play havoc with your mind. Just be polite to him and if necessary ask him not to talk to you whilst you're training as he's too distracting and you need to focus on what you're doing. He's obviously failed at it so no doubt has a level of jealousy that you're getting on with it.
