Me too hopefully, depending on how much unpacking I've got done on the Saturday!! Since me and mum are abandoning my dad all afternoon for the NABBA show it might be a bit cheeky to leave him unpacking all my cr@p the whole day, but I'll try my bestestest!

Thanks ticteaser, I must find out who else is doing the show, theres seems to be quite a few people going from MT. I had a 'lie-in' this morning as schools closed for voting day. Thought i'd update yesterdays eating before doing cardio.

Wednesday
05:45 Black coffe
06:00---------60 min Cardio---------
08:00 30g whey, bannana, 30g oats smoothie
10:00-------GYM-----------(20g whey pre and post W/O)
12:00 80g turkey, 2 oatcakes, sliced cucumber
14:00 80g turkey, 30g rice, spinach, plum
17:00 80g haddock, 120g sweet potato, brocli, sprouts, pro-biotic yog
* Oatcake
20:00 20g whey, 200ml skim milk

I felt like i could eat everthing today. Waiting 3 hrs just doesn't work for me, by the time i ate my evening meal i felt so hungry. Some hunger is to be expected of course but i need to keep an eye out out for warning signs of 'binge attacks'. I did eat 1 un-sheduled oatcake whilst waiting for my evening meal It started off with a nibble then it was gone.

Off to do my bike now. Will be eating on time today

EDIT....I've just noticed i missed a meal yesterday, so that didn't help. This is not good enough

Feeling hungry means the weights coming off, feeling satisfied means you're retaining and feeling stuffed means you're putting it on. Whether it's true or not is besides the point but think about that next time you're hungry and you will learn to cherish the feeling

I've not been practising my posing for a few weeks since everything went to pot so we can both look daft togather at the meet chucky.

Although I won't be getting my kit off until I'm back to some semblance of what I normally look like - i.e. my new jellybelly has gone.
