Cookie, well done on posting pics!!!! Cannot see them too well as on iPhone at the trailer and cannot work out how to make them bigger! From what I can see, you look like you are doing soooooo well my angel!! please don't ever start to think that you cannot do this, if you really, in your heart, truly want this (and I know you do) you can achieve it!! The pic when you are smiling is great! Sometimes the last thing on my mind is smiling, but I just think of how hard we all have to work to get to this stage, and I cannot help but smile! Who would have thought it would be so hard to stand up on stage in a bikini and heels!! Just goes to show why not everyone can do this! That thought keeps me smiling! Cannot wait to get back to my PC to see bigger pics! Well done you!! Keep at it! Am thinking of you!!

Thanks for the pics, by email and on here. Your progress is fantastic, that's clear to see. 10 weeks to go and alot of work still to do. and there is no room for manouver. It can be done, and with some of my clients, there can be a chill out period because they're there on time, with you it's going to be tight. So crack on, fuel yourself with mental drive and determination and keep going. It's the cardio that will get you there. I'm just considering maybe an interval training session for your afternoon session. Let me seek advice on this though, I'll ask Drew to pop in. You're currently doing 60 mins am unfuelled cardio, later in the morning weights, then early afternoon, 45 mins cardio - correct?

Oh im so happy (and suprised) you said that Im going to work my hardest ever! I know theres no room for slip up's now. I've even done a 45min cardio session on my day off for good measure. You've got it right, i currently do * 60min unfulled 6am 6 days per wk * Weights 10am 4x per wk * Afternoon cardio 45min 4x per wk. Usaly 2pm or 3pm I could add an evening cardio session if you think thats best, i'll do what ever you suggest to get where i need to go. Whos Drew BTW? Kitty, wish i was at health farm. It's a grey day here. Hope you're able to help with posing at the next meet. Delroy your mean! You know they're my fav kind of cookie...soft and chewy and they don't crumble!
