Cookie I've gotten to an odd stage where I do eat most of my food plain now... I can't be bothered with faffing around and I went through an aversion to my bbq seasoning from Tesco after using it throughout my diet so that leaves me with nothing... I can't bring myself to use sauces on my food cos I know all the rubbish that's in them...

I've just finished off my Cranberry Sauce from xmas so that's pretty much it now for me, I'm slowly getting my taste back for bbq... Besides Udo's Oil gives me all the flavour I need, so much yummier than plain old Extra Virgin! Having said that I won by bottle at a comp and couldn't bring myself to fork out for it when this bottle's gone...

And out of itnerest, did you cave into fruit loaf because you convinced yourself 'fruit' is good for you? If so, try calling it Malt Loaf next time, that'll stop you As you said tomorrow's another day...

Yes there is a lot of rubbish in them sauces, i have destroyed many a healthy meal with too much tastey sauce....i need to keep an eye on this!
As for the fruit loaf, it realy was fruit loaf. It says 'good for you' fruit loaf on the packet...so it's gotta be true! (sticky cake loaf packed with sugar with a few raisins sprinkled on the top!)
Today is a new day and im taking day off gym cause i feel like a zombie and i won't give it 100% if i go in today. Will do arms tomorrow, got some dumbells if i end up stuck at home so there shouldn't be any excuse

Glad for the rest yesterday, although i was still pretty busy even though i didn't go to the gym. Todays been hectic too. Shopping, cleaning and taking the lil' one to a friends birthday party. Eatings been terrible....i've kept it to a minimun which is daft really. Probably put myself off food after last night!

Last night before i got into a well deserved bubble bath I decided to take a good long look at myself in the mirror from all angles, two mirrors, trying to do various muscular poses. You know how it is, I just wannted to see how i was progressing ....On a positive note there has been some muscle growth underneath all the adipose tissue...thats the only way i can put it without ranting on about how i look like im made outa soft cookie dough! I've such a long way to go, I hope im not been too ambitious.....theres nothing wrong with ambition as long as it's not mixed up with delusion!

Eating got a bit wobbly. I had an atack of the old 'binge monster' the other day which is almost always followed by a period of under-eating. Lovely environment for fat storage I know

Friday was rough so i haven't gone into detail but i'm sure you get the idea.
I've managed to pull it back together quicker than usual...so it's all good

Friday Diet
07:00 whey
08:00 Porridge
11:30 Nutrigrain,Minstrels...binge
14:00 chicken oat cakes
? flap-jack, minstrels, binge again...it's a bit of a blur TBH

Saturday
10:00 wake 30g Whey
11:00 40g porridge, 1 sp honey
14:30 80g chicken, 1 oat cake
18:00 nuts & seeds, cup of tea
21:00 200g pinapple cottage cheese
****Went to bed soooo hungry*****

Sunday
10:00 Wake
40min low intensity cardio immediatley followed by 30g Whey
12:00 40g muslie, 1 spoon honey
13:00 80 chicken, 2 oat-cakes
15:00 nuts & seeds
18:00 80g chicken, 30g cous-cous, spinach
20:00 pro-biotic yog
***Will have 200g cottage cheese bedtime*****

Hey CD,
you went to bed hungry on Sat cos your tummy was probably wanting a reply of Friday night, good for you for staying strict though...

Are you getting enough EFA's... These should help with cravings...

Yes, my diet plan provides me with EFA's in the fish 2-3x week and the nuts &seeds im having every day (I think thats were EFA's come from?). Everythings taken care of so theres no logical reason why i should fall off like this. The main thing is this didn't drag on for days ...times ticking, i think i may have messed up on competing this summer though

Hip thrusts are when you're lying on your back with legs up in the air and you kind of push your feet in an upward motion so your hips come up off the floor...not explained very well have I

Ahhh! Kinda like a reverse crunch then? Have you ever tried those with your back on a Swiss exercise ball, your arms straight out behind you holding onto a bench? They bloody hurt, especially if you combine them with a leg raise too.

Those leg raises don't sound like much fun!

Good day diet wise.

Tip of the day......

I cooked up last bit of basmatti rice today i found in back of lada, didn't want to open new packet so i weighed it and there was just enough for 40g. Cooking 40g of rice is impossible, it's such a tiny amount that most of it sticks to the pan...complete waste of time I had to open new packet in the end I weighed out 160g which was much easier to cook. Once cooked I put all of the cooked rice into a large tupa ware container and pressed it down a little so it was packed tight. I put a plate on top, fliped it over so i was left with soild block of rice then cut it into 4 portions, giving me 4 perfect servings of cooked 40g rice....clever cookie
Oh my days are so exciting!

Oh, and last thing, I forgot, have you tried taking Chronium Piccolate for food cravings? It's meant to help banish a sweet tooth, I know a figure girl who swears by it...
