Good luck with that interval plan Cookie!! I'm sure once you've done it once you'll have it cracked! (Either that or you'll be cracked lol)

Going to email you about meeting up 'n' stuff - would be good to start and get to know some of the girlies on here - especially as we're both wokring with James! A training session might be a good idea too - anyway, I'll email you in a min!

Hope all's going well, I'll update you with James' report tomorrow, cringing at the thought of a raosting or him being disappointed - ooo the pressure!! lol

Just got back from friends birthday, it was nice to hang out with some girls for a change. I've looked over that interval cardio session and it looks complicated but i won't let it beat me. It looks like a simple case of 30sec sprints followed by recovery periods which get progressively shorter through out the workout. I do it twice through and finish with 5 min cool down / steady rate. Looks like it'll take about 20mins but not sure cause im to tired to work it out

Todays eating before I forget

Wednesday
06:00 Black coffe
------60min cardio------------
08:00 30g whey, bananna, 30g oat smoothie
-------GYM / Back-----------(20g whey pre and post wo)
12:00 80g chicken, 2 oatcakes, slice of melon
14:30 80g chicken, 30g rice, cucumber
17:00 100g salmon, 110g sweet potato, brocli
20:00 20g whey, 25g muslie (before I went out)
23:00 200g quark, 2 teaspoons splenda

Great eating, super back work-out. One day closer to my goal

Nikki If i haven't replied to your email it's cause i haven't had chance to read it yet. You make me laugh... I always get nervous day before seeing james but it does get easier, he's a nice guy as you already know
..........Don't think much of this drew at the moment !

I added it up and I know it was an odd number... Think it may have been 28, considering you have 5 mins warm up and 5 mins cool-down...

I got 24.5 mins, if any one counted and got a diffrent number let me know.

That interval session kicked as$! Quite literally, my glutes were aching after, during and I can still feel em now. I used my spin bike in my bedroom. The first few sprints were fine but when i did it the second time round those recovery periods couldn't come quick enough. I really went for it during those 30secs, legs were spinning so fast i had to crank up the resistance quite alot to keep up with my speed. In the last 5 seconds I had to will my legs to keep moving. Once it was all over i recovered quite quickly. I was sweating every where but then it's very hot today.

On the whole i enjoyed it but whilst i was doing it, it was awfull....hope that makes sense

CD, sounds like it all went well. You may have some soreness from the initial sessions but you will adapt soon enough. The aim to to shake things up to increase fat loss but not to take away from other facets of your training. James will keep and eye on this so keep an eye on how your are feeling fatigue wise.

Just so you know, I work for James and like James am a Registered Nutritionist (though nowhere near as experienced!), I'm also certified by the ACSM (clicky) and work with a variety of athletes on their training as well. More info here: www.drewprice.co.uk

Well done on the diet there missus!! Will email you about dates to get together!! Yipee - girlie training session - that'll show that git at your gym!

Ooo!! Got to tell someone who might appreciate it - I popped into town after seeing James 'n' co today and I couldn't resist it, but I bought a 'supergirl' vest top from Topshop I was absolutely pmsl!! It's great - can't wait to wear it to gym (might do Saturday if I'm not feeling so brave tomorrow!) it's sooo cool!!! I'm easy pleased eh?! lol

Drew - James has given me another version of the HIIT programme that Cookie has earlier, was good, felt great but for some reason I kept laughing to myself whilst on the lower level intervals - probably 'cos my legs were throbbing!! lol.

Cookie - I'll email you tomorrow with dates!!

'Super girl' vests? Thats cool, i've only seen the T-shirts. That'll look great with super tonned arms, slim jeans and sexy heels! Hmmm...Girlie shopping or training? Im easily distracted by bright lights, perfume counters and automatic doors We're both on a mission here so better stay focused, look forward to training with you.

Well done with the interval training...crazy isn't it? It's good to get it over and done so quickly though, just hope it helps shift those pounds

Ooooh I want a Supergirl vest too!!!! My mum has a t-shirt but a vest would be sooooo cool once some fat starts falling off me.

I like the look of your HIIT thingy training - think it'd actually kill me though.

I had some Cat Woman & Wonder Woman jimjams CD I tried a version of your interval training today as I didn't have much time to do cardio after training as inbetween I had to do an induction. Was jolly exhausting but good too. Wasn;t exactly the same but I just kept to 1min fast walk and 30 secs legging it. I have to say I don't think my legs were too chuffed after yesterdays session.

Did you find that link on our You Tube page?

Thanx Tan just seen that video. The sexy ab flexing wasn't very helpfull but I saw the T-walk one and a few others, very good and she is awsome! Watching that has made me realise Im so un-prepared for this. What am i going to do? I haven't realy practised a routine cause im still soo outa shape and when i wasn't making any progress it felt pointless practising anything or tryin to pose cause i couldn't see my muscles for months...just fat! Excuses, excuses I need to get my act together, I know.

Im alot more positive these days since my last meet with James. It's as if i've only just realised im capable of doing this like anyone else. I'll get some posing / routine tips of kitty and work on somthing next week. I think i'll write a plan of action in my pink note book which i haven't used yet....feeling better already

I've found a super vest that I forgot I'd bought yesterday but I won't wear it as it shows my flobby belly. It shows a little girl on the front and says "of course I understand, I just don't care"

Anyhoo misses, that cardio sounds like a killer but fun. At least trying to keep track of those intervals will pass the time
