12:00:00 30g whey, 30g oats bananna smoothie

yes nikkie it was a good day. Think i got a touch of sun-stroke on the drive home though

Sunday
08:30 30g whey, bananna, 30g oats smoothie
-----Trained legs with Kitty and Tan -------(20g whey pre and post WO)
13:00 2 oatcakes, 80g chicken, cucumber
15:30 80g chicken, 30g rice, plum
17:45 100g salmon, 110g sweet potato, brocli,pro-biotic yog
19:30 20g whey (didn't feel like much else, slight head-ache)
21:30 just eating 150g quark, 2 tea sp splenda

There was a large gap between morining meals but there was a slight issue with petrol on the way to Manchester that i'd rather not go into!

Hey Honey! You keep focused and you can do this. You have a really fabulous shape fighting to get out. Such a tiny waist and you really are a pretty wee thing. Keep on pushing yourself hard....really hard and you wil see results.

My legs are jolly sore...especialy my calves and we didn't even do them ffs lol

Hey sweetie! So glad you made it to the meet yesterday, was great to see you again! You’ve made so much progress since the last time we saw you, just keep doing what you’re doing, stay focused and you WILL get there! I’ll fire through those piccies we talked about later today.

Sorry to hear about your sun stroke on the way home… that’s what you get for being flash in a soft top BMW though… he he…

Glad you found that meet beneficial.

Thanks for the feedback on the interval training - here's the next one:

5 mins steady state cardio
30 second high heart rate
90 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
60 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
45 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
45 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
45 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
45 second low intensity
30 second high heart rate
5 mins steady state

this type of programing is more and art than a science and I'm conscious of the fact that you may get drained quite quickly so the extra rest period will help with the intensity.

I want you to do this 2 times per week with at least 60 hours in between each one. For instance you could do on Wednesday afternoon and Saturday morning - I'll leave that up to you, but please keep me posted

Is all else ok?

thanks

Tan, you're making me blush!
I must have been so tired with the leg session and the sun-stroke that i slept through my first alarm and got up 1hr late. I obviously needed the sleep.

James, that new interval session looks tougher than the last one. You've said the extra recovery period should help but it looks like you've reduced the recovery times You've suggested a saturday morning, if i do this it would be fasted right? Any way i'll give it a go and let you know how i get on

Monday
06:00 Black coffe
-----60min cardio------
08:00 30g whey, bananna, 30g oats smoothie
10:30-------GYM-------(2g whey pre&post wo)
12:00 80g haddock, 2 oatcakes, plum
14:20 80g chicken, 30g rice
15:00 --------45min cardio---------
16:00 20g whey, plum
17:30 80g turkey, 110g sweet potato, brocli
19:00 pro-biotic yog, 30g muslie
* will have quark bedtime

Hey Cookie - your new HIIT is the one James gave me to do, I didn't get an introductory phase though! pmsl! (I even noticed it didn't add up to 25 mins, so did a couple of extra 30 high, 45 low on the 2 sessions I've already done - got told not to from now on though!).

Sounds like you had a great time at the meet - I'm going to be picking your brains Sunday in between things! Hope you won't mind? Looking forward to meeting up and seeing the show - wonder how many others are going after my addition about our photies? - Sorry again about that!!

08:00:00 30g whey, 30g oats bananna smoothie
11:00 80g Turkey,plum, 2 oatcakes

Good aches. I love feeling sore on the glutes (nearly said in the bum then but sure that would have attracted the wrong sort of comment) . You trained hard on Sunday and that cna take it out of you if you're not used to it. Just make sure you train as we told you and you won't go wrong
