(May 17 2008 22:31:25) | Feeling much better this evening[:)] Im safe and sound at home now having survived family get together which involved alcohol, white bread rolls and many plates of choccy goodies dotted about the place[;)] Saturday 09:00 black coffe -------60mins cardio------ 11:00 30g whey, bananna, 30g oats 13:30: 80g chicken, 2 oatcakes 15:30 80g chicken, 30g rice 17:00--------interval cardio------[8D] * Immediatley post cardio, 20g whey, 1/2 bananna, nuts 18:45 80g chicken, 2 oatcakes, cucmber (more bloody nuts[:@]) 21:50 200g quark, 1 piece of chicken (approx 40g) Im sure i've eaten more than this! Todays eating hardly resembles my nutrion plan but i had to go out at short notice and had to quiclky throw somthing into a tupa-ware box on my way out the door. So im gutted i haven't followed my plan but im dead pleased that i made good choices and although i was around all that junk food today i wasn't even tempted[:)] I think it's because i've been prancing around in high heels and underwear practising my routine for the last couple days. Plus im meeting 'Nikki-jet' tomorrow and her super toned arms! |
