Hiya CD - hope you're week started better than yesterday! Really am sorry I couldn't get there - mind you, I don't think we were meant to go to NABBA anyway after you sent your text! You just wouldn't credit it would you?!

Anyway flower, hope you're alright and btw - you did really well to resist all those goodies you mentioned earlier! Well done chuck!

We're definately going to get our butts into your gym (31st I think we said - correct me if I'm wrong!) and have that girlie training session!

I'll txt you later in the week, see how you're getting on 'n' stuff!

^^ No worries hun

Alls been going really well...too well thats why i've sabbotaged myself. I've even got a 60sec routine (still workin on it!)
I kinda screwed up this evening though 1 slice wholemeal bread....with butter! Dont know how or why it happened. Just got off spin bike as a direct result, done 45 mins. Thats 3 cardio sessions today, not good. James is probably saving such measures for comp week.

Put it behind you CD - but do not do it again. There is simply no room for manouver

Keep smiling though, no real damage done if it's just the once.

Just pump up the cardio as instructed and make sure you are eating the right stuff at the right time!

and tell us all about your routine!!!!!!

Thanx nikki x

Yes kitty that slap stings! It's safley behind me james....it's all in the past

Hazel, i'd love to help out and keep you company that'll be fun!

Look forward to seein you there trudy, please bring dvd if you can. I've already seen the jenny lynn....not that im being fusy or anything! Actually i'd lie to see that one again, theres a good bit on quater turns and posing.

As my lovley husband pointed out i can use the PC which is what im doing now. Problem is our PC is linked up to giant flat screen TV...serious it looks like somthing outa 'MTV Cribs'! It's fixed to the wall and it hurts my neck to look at what im typing it's rediculous! The wireless connection is dodgy and i keep getting cut off. I cant do my internet banking or check emails when we've got visitors because it's all on giant screen for everyone to see. So i realy need to beable to use lap-top. I miss up-dating my journal and the support of the muscle talk community is crucial at this stage of my dieting... i feel alone If any of you understand what im going through Please join the "cookie campaign" and if any of you visit S41NT's journal just remind him to fix lap-top would ya? He's got the whole school holidays to do it!

Hey Cookie - don't be feeling lonely! I get like that too (so end up having a bath and having a rare old natter about diet, training, when my kini should arrive, which shoes to wear.........not quite sure who with - maybe it's the taps, I should invest in a few ducks I reckon!! lol)

You can always text or ring me, if I can't pick up I'll get back to you flower! Anyway - I should be there myself tomorrow so I'm quickly going through all yoru journals (not literally all - you know what I mean!) before I do all my chores in readiness for tomorrow!

Keep it up chick and stay positive - I know how you feel (and you know what .... Bri still doesn't know I'm dieting for comps yet so I can't even talk things through with him! Nevermind though - I'm sure I'll talk you to near death when we catch up!! lol)

Managed to log onto hubbys lap-top while he snores away in bed, im sure he won't mind....crikey im picking up some sneaky habbits from Nikki-jet!

Not much has been happening. I've been a little anxious because my training routines gone a little 'hay-wire' with having children and hubby off school. I feel a bit guilty about that because i've been stressing about getting to the gym and it's been much more difficult to stick to my diet plan when im constantly cooking for every one. So i admitt im not the best company latley I've just gotta learn to dig deeper and get on with it.

Went to see James on Tuesday, again he was dead pleased with my progress. At first i thought he was mad because i still cant see any muscles but then when i cast my mind back to the first time i stripped in his office, well the change in me is phenominal! Am i competition ready? Well no, but im gonna keep going till i am

The verdict is slightly less carbs and more cardio....bring it on!

Just re-read the above and although im struggling with my diet i am doing it. Dont want to mis-lead anyone! It's just harder to stick to when your cooking delicious meat balls and rice with gravy. Then i sit down to plain chicken and dry oatcakes!

Hang in there my friend, you're doing well. Don't forget that you can eat what the heck you want and as much as you want if that's what you really want but then you won't be competing that's for sure. The moral of this is "remember it's your choice"....no one is saying you can't have, you have made that decision and you alone have to make sure you stand by it and you know you can do it, just show the rest of us when you get on that stage

I was reading my old journal last night, when you first came on here Cookie...

You told me you could never imagine being as strict as I am with your diet, let alone getting on stage... Now you're doing both! Use that as motivation and stick with it!
