You know, this is exactly why I can't have a cheat meal - I am an all or nothing kind of gal.......would have definately led to me sitting in front of freezer stuffing my face full of Ben and Jerrys and working my way through three tubs! Honestly, I really admire those of you who can 'cheat' and keep it at that! Sugar rush......mmmmmmm.....

Chrissie, I 'cheat' by going out for a meal and having something a little naughtier than I would normally have. That way, you don't need to buy stuff at a shop and end up accidentally on purpose buying too much, yet still have the enjoyment and pleasure of something a little different with the added bonus of someone making it for you

Kitty, I could probably cope with something like that! Going out for a nice meal that isn't covered in sauce with oodles of carbs would be ok! Would have to have sorbet for dessert otherwise I would go home and join flick with a cheesecake afterwards! still trying to tell my brain that I don't need something sweet to finish off a meal!

I tell you if there was ever a day i was going to binge it would have been today! This morning i had another incident with the wrong shaker lid all over my white kitchen walls Not a good time to happen as I had to cook the children a 3 course break-fast, get them ready for school, clean up after my husband then get myself ready for the gym. Remeber i'd just finished my 45min stint on bike Cleaning kitchen wall 7am doesn't usaly featrure in my morning routine. This evening didn't go any better. My son (bless him) had a similar incident with a friut corner yoghurt...all over the same walls I couldn't tell him off, he and my foster son just sat there stunned and amazed by how far the youghurt had travelled. I've had a bit of a rough day but im still wearing a smile. It's not over yet, got wait for husband to come home from parents evening. It's the first one he's done at this school and it's quite a rough school. He'll probably need de-stressing when he gets home!

Just been reading Kitty's journal, I have a lower back opinion as I'm fanatical/obsessed about mine and it came in quite well last year (the only it of me that did lol) In my off-season I train Deadlift as my first exercise which works my lower back, then in contest prep mode which I'm feeling feak and weeble I switch to Lat Pull Downs as my first exercise then do those Hyperextensions you mentioned at the end of my workout (sometimes superset with the Lower Back R.O.M Machine (even though it's a rehab machine)... I really like them and think they finish off a workout nicely... And on the blender accident... I have been having tin-opener decorating sessions recently. My first tin opener went rust through too much brine and I replaced it. However, I wasn't aware I'd bought one of those evil contraptions that takes off the whole lid and half the can together and the other day I bodged up opening a can of tomatoes, tried to pull open the rest of the lid and got tomato ceiling... I'm thinking when I move in 2 weeks I will NOT be getting my deposit back...
