Must admit It was a shock to the system getting up so early but great way to start the day. Iv'e been in a good mood all day, despite the incident in the car park. Even after the RAC rescue when i took my car to several trye places and was told my tyre needed replacing, i was still cool. Even when I was imformed my tyres were gonna be a stupid price because they're low -profiles (???) I didn't freak...see how long this lasts![:)] 6am WAKE black coffe 6:10 40 mins low intensity cardio 2x per wk 7:00 30g whey (post cardio) 8:00 40g porridge, 1sp honey, tangerine 11:00 80g chicken 3 oatcakes, coffe 13:00 100g chicken, 40g rice, coffe 14:45 2 very LRG handfulls nuts and seeds, 80g chicken 17:00 100g salmon, 2 new potatoes, 5 sprouts, 3 baby carrots 19:00 30g muslie, 200ml skim milk, 1 low fat pro-biotic yoghurt *****gonna have early night, will have cottage cheese bed-time***** |
