12th January

Didn't really do much strongman training TBH, back was giving me grief, so just watched the comp mostly but did mess around with the small inch dumbell and an atlas stone a bit. Good to see Narc and Fuzzfront there.

Got home and did:

Bench 97.5 x 5,5,3

and some plyo's:
2 foot ankle hops - 3 x 10 foot strikes
Squat Jumps - 1 x 10 foot strikes

and then a bit of skipping

all in all pretty lazy today

13th January
~4 hours american football training

not long as expected because the field was ruined due to the weather, absolutely beasted us with conditioning today, including doing stupid things like bear crawls up a steep hill backwards

went to the gym a bit later and did a very light full body workout and 15 mins cardio

back has been giving me a bit of grief so havent been doing much heavy lifting recently, been stretching lots and its starting to get a bit better, i think its partly down to my matress being ****

16th January
Squat 125kg 3x5
Bench 97.5kg 3x5
CG Bench 80kg 8,6
Pullups 8,6
gunz

Squats still easy really. Bench is hard because ive changed my grip. Skipped deadlifts cos I wasnt sure my back was up to it. Feeling much better today though so might do them later before training.
