How does this taste ? And taste wise how does it compare to propeptide ?

Yes mate I have had a tub of Choc-Orange and a sample of the new Toffee peanut flavour and they are very nice too.

I do buy the Express Whey here and there.

Hi,

james Llewelyn uses Total Protein now. PP is of course an excellent product, but TP is much cheaper and nutritionally just as good in our opinion. You can read some reviews here on TP:

I have found that the MP total protein is the only one in that price range from various suppliers that doesnt make me gag when taking it with water.

I use it before bed and would reccommend it, although I am thiking of switching to the allinone micellar casein.
