*Late entry for midweek training session BB OHP warmup 20 * 10, 35 * 10 set 1 47.5 * 7, 42.5 * 3, 37.5 * 3 set 2 42.5 * 7, 37.5 * 4, 32.5 * 5 Deadlift warmup BW Squats * 15 40 * 10, 70 * 10, 100 * 10 Knackered at this point so stopped, meant to complete later, but didn't. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CG Bench warmup 20 * 20, 40 * 12 set 1 60 * 15, 55 * 8, 50 * 5 set 2 65 * 5, 60 * 4, 55 * 3 Calf Raise (standing on raised platform, full extension up/down) warmup BW *15, 50 * 10 set 1 80 * 12, 70 * 8, 60 * 10 set 2 75 * 12, 70 * 8, 65 * 9 WG OH Chin/CG UH Chins set 1 +10 * 6, +5 * 3, BW * 3 (all WG) set 2 (WG)BW * 6, (CG)BW * 2, 30 secs rest, BW * 3 Crunches BW * 25 I got my new bench on wednesday, well pleased with it, totally solid, same size bars as my powercage (and white too so matches ) It was a bit long for my powercage though so had to remove a bar from the cage, no problem now except its a bit lower than my last bench and the spotter bars are either too high or too low for bench, I went for too low today and as luck would have it I nearly crushed myself I will drill some more holes at the right height. A good session, calfs were very pumped.

Squats were ok, 100 next week. My cats were climbing on me alot, they are the home equivalent of rack curlers.

CG Bench warmup 20 * 15, 50 * 10 set 1 70 * 9, 65 * 5, 60 * 4 set 2 65 * 6, 60 * 3, 55 * 3 Calf Raise warmup BW *20, 60 * 10 set 1 90 * 12, 80 * 10, 70 * 8 set 2 80 * 10, 75 * 9, 70 * 8 CGUH Chins set 1 +5 * 10, BW * 4, rest 30secs, BW * 3 set 2 +5 * 5, BW * 2, rest 30secs, BW * 2 I drilled the extra holes in my power cage, so didn't squash myself today, hooray! The holes are not quite big enough and not exactly aligned so now neeed to make them a little bigger and they will be perfect. Dropped the weight on chins, back up next week to see progress. Calf raises are going up nicely, CG Bench too.

My left shoulder started hurting a few hours before training but it didn't stop me benching, it hurt when i moved it but not in a strict bench motion. I had still had some left in the tank after the 10th rep on the 100k squats so happy about that, legs are always sore though so will not be increasing the volume in that area for now. Blood test at the end of the week and starting cycle next monday all being well.

Grip was failing on deads, had to swap grips at about 7th/8th rep.

Calf Raises felt suprisingly heavy on all weights, the bar hurt my traps too, I don't think they are bruised, squats were monday and same weight, they didn't hurt?? can't explain that one. Chins were okay. Blood test in a few hours. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My planned cycle starting next week will be Week 1-3 MD2 30mg ED (3 tabs) Week 3-5 Methoxy-Tren 6mg ED (4 tabs) Week 5-7 M-Dien 16mg ED (4 tabs) PCT Week 8-10 Clomid ( 300mg on day 1, 100mg for 10 days, 50mg for 10 days) I will be bulking through this cycle, I hope to gain size and strength. My strength goals are to bench 110kg, Squat 150kg, Deadlift 180kg for 1rm. I am about 198/9lbs now, looking to go up to about 210 by end of cycle, although more weight would be welcome if its quality .

I am hoping GTA4 will arrive today, more than hoping actually :) I'm desperate for it. Will weigh myself when i wake to get a starting weight for cycle. Reps low on squats as tired, but bar didn't hurt traps, so still a mystery why it did on friday.

i feel only 3 weeks on md2 is a waste as it takes 2 weeks to get started,5 weeks would be better mate,run the md2 and trn for 5 weeks straight at the same dose,and either keep the mdien or add it in at 16mg per day week 4-7.

LMAO!!!!!!! I knew I would find you in hear with MD2 in his thread title. I have to agree with Meat bud run MD2 for longer along side the Methoxy Tren and use the M-Dien at the end from week 4 to 7. I started PP which is the same compound as MD2 on Sunday also and will be running for 6 weeks in total. How are you finding it so far? Its made me drink loads of water at the min.

Thanks meat (always good to read your posts on DS) and taz (great journal, am looking forward to m-dien), I did consider that 3 weeks might be too short I used md2 before and didn't find the fifth week to yield much, i'll go to four though so new improved cycle will look like this Week 1-4 MD2 30mg ED (3 tabs) Week 3-5 Methoxy-Trn 6mg ED (4 tabs) Week 5-7 M-Dien 16mg ED (4 tabs) no more of m-dien or m-trn, just got 1 pot of each to try. Just started, so maybe next week will see some strength increase, never get much in the way of sides from md2, just a few spots.

BB OHP warmup 20 * 15, 35 * 10 set 1 55 * 5, 50 * 3, 45 * 3 set 2 50 * 4, 45 * 3, 40 * 3 Deadlift warmup BW Squats * 15 60 * 10, 90 * 10, 125 * 10 WG Chins set 1 15 * 5, 10 * 3, 5 * 3 set 2 10 * 5, 5 * 3, BW * 2 Incline leg raises * 10 Crunches BW * 10 OHP reps a little low so back down next week, grip slipping badly on Deadlift, swapped about 4 times on the last set (none on previous) Chins show slight progress, I think I have put on some weight too so thats good (14st 6lb whilst training (full of food and water)). Blood test results came back ok, doctor said my creatine levels were unusually high, lol. I will get another test in 3 or 4 months to check I am fully recovered.

Thanks Taz, I think it will be a good cycle. I'm type 1 diabetic so get bloods done fairly regular, they don't test hormone levels but its good to check that all other values return to pre-cycle levels before starting the next one, so I try and time them before a cycle. CG Bench warmup 20 * 20, 40 * 10, 60 * 8 set 1 72.5 * 10, 67.5 * 4, 62.5 * 4 set 2 70 * 7, 65 * 4, 60 * 3 Calf Raise warmup BW *20, 50 * 12, 80 * 10 set 1 110 * 8, 100 * 6, 90 * 7 set 2 90 * 10, 85 * 9, 80 * 6 single leg calf raises BW * 8L 8R, rest 30 secs, BW * 8L 8R CGUH Chins set 1 +15 * 8, +10 * 2, 5 * 2 set 2 +10 * 5, +5 * 2, BW * 3 Felt stronger today, think MD2 is starting to kick in, the extra warmup on CG Bench helped too i think. The extra single leg calf raises were added to help strengthen my left foots arch which is a bit flat. So far on the cycle (apart from today's small strength increase) I feel a bit warmer and my skin is a little greasier also feel a bit pumped, I have had trouble getting to sleep the last couple of days so I will be taking the tabs earlier in the day (split evenly so far) to see if it helps.

Shouldn't have stop to admire myself midset, but i did and got distracted for about a minute, hence why i managed 10 reps. I tried 40k for EZ curls and managed 1 poor rep, don't know why as 37.7 was ok last week, did consider i had been miscounting but the correct weight was still on from the last time i used the EZ bar, so pretty sure I havnt. Weighed myself today at 14 stone 10lbs full of water and food, so at least 4lbs up in the last week. Looks really hopeful for making some great PBs this cycle, especially if Methoxy-Trn is as good as I hope. Feeling warm and greasy and pumped so far. edit. I put down 110 * 110 for squats, thats not true, i only did 10 lol.

BB OHP warmup 20 * 15, 40 * 10 set 1 52.5 * 7, 47.5 * 2, 42.5 * 5 set 2 47.5 * 8, 42.5 * 3, 40 * 2 explosive OHP (fast up slow down) 30 * 6 Deadlift warmup BW Squats * 15 60 * 10, 100 * 10, 130 * 10 WG Chins set 1 15 * 5, 10 * 2, 5 * 3 set 2 10 * 5, 5 * 2, BW * 3 Crunches +10 * 20 No improvement on last week (or even the week before) apart from deads, disappointing Grip was swapped after 3rd, 6th and 9th rep on deads. Arms, traps and chest look nicely full, but so does stomach so holding water isnt all good. Hopefully better strength increases next week.

Weighed myself during training again, 14st 13lb, I don't think reaching 15 stone this cycle will be a problem Showering twice a day now to keep skin less greasy, the heat dosnt help with this. Starting Methoxy-Trn next week.
