Ah I see, but like you say it is nice to have piece of mind with the bloods you are getting done.

My cycle is causing me to have greasier skin and I have had like 4 spots this week doh!!!!!

Do you do clean & press? When Im on cycle I love it cause of the explosive power and aggression you can use doing your sets.

As Meat has said you will love the Methoxy Tren. When I took it I noticed increased focus on the first session. I would recommended you take most of it pre workout say 3 caps and the other one can be taken in the morning (that’s if you are dosing 4 caps per day?).

I have never clean & pressed taz, I train alone and not sure I would get form right, do you think it has much benefit to BB? I have a really greasy face, washing it all the time now, had 1 big spot (you know the kind red and stuff) on my back, and a few little ones on my face. I will take the trn as you say on training days, thanks

Strength up! personal best for 9 reps on bench (previous 8 rep pb was 85 which was equalled last week) pushed a little unevenly on 9th rep and felt it in my back, right side hopefully not gonna be a problem, squats were good and low, failed at bottom of 10th rep although i dare say that someone shouting at me might have encouraged me to finish the rep. I think the extra pump might be hinder curls, still feel worked though. I snuck my MD2 dose up to 40mg last week, weight at just about 15 stone.

I took 3 caps Methoxy Tren preworkout as Taz suggested and did indeed feel more focused and ready to attack the weights, this unfortunatley didnt really translate as much more strength lol. the OHP is not moving which is annoying, I don't mind not gaining on chins or other BW involved lifts when i am putting weight on fast, but i should be able to OHP more, I will drop down the weight much more and work with higher reps next week. Deads were ok, grip swapped after 4th, 7th and 9th rep. 3 plates for 10 reps next week. some tiny white heads apearing on my nose

Day 18 of cycle
Strength up, everything kicking in nicely now. Had an outbreak of blemishes (like spots but just red patches no head) on my shoulders so dropped the MD2 back to 30mg and started using my old sunbed (not great for tanning but ok for skin drying lol) seems to be working. Very pleased with CG Bench, its catching my normal bench up. Shrugs were ok, might keep doing them, might not. I plan to do 1rms on the last week of the Methoxy-Trn (week after next) hopefully will get a halfway respectable figure to put in my sig as a total.

Another PB , squat is also a PB for 10 reps but previously I have managed a 140 for 8 reps, so its not as good, yet. Felt strong, skin settled down now I'm back at 30mg of MD2, a bit dry round the corners of my mouth instead of greasy all over few spots on shoulders, nothing major. Really liking the Methoxy-Trn, will have to get some more of that.

Weight dropped on OHP for another work my way up, then will switch to DBs. Deads were not too hard, took off gloves after rep 6 so only one swap of grip. Grip is improved without gloves but I don't want to get calousses. Some improvement in chins. Weighed at 15 stone 2lb whilst training, might have to up calories a bit now. Went round my parents and my sister asked if i had lost weight, said I looked leaner which is good, it means I'm not a total fatass and my gains so far have been reasonable quailty. Skin has settled down now, no new spots. This is my last week of MD2, starting M-Dien next week (late monday).

Talk about coincidences! Just been into your journal and commented TheDA, and I see you in here! Thanks, for taking the time to read my journal. Yes you will need a PCT after Methoxy-Trn, you probably will want to stack it with something else too if your aimimg for more mass, its more biased towards increasing strength and focus, which it's doing very well for me.
Breaking PB's is very addictive firest0rm! I'm actually starting to worry how i will cope with coming off this cycle, I'm getting used to setting PB's every session! Going to record some new 1rms next week, according to a 1rm calculator I just went on http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/1rm.htm my squat and dead will be fairly impressive (compared to prior to cycle), but i will beleive that when i see it

Just squats this morning as someone from work is supposed to be coming round this afternoon for training which i think will be an upper body workout, if not then bench and curls this afternoon anyway. Failed on 10th rep, tryed really hard too but it was still a good strong set. Finished MD2 now, onto M-Dien now. Weighed 15stone 7lbs whilst traiing but i had been drinking a fair bit of water.

Yes for defo. The way I se it all of your other lifts contribute to clean & press and you will only be able to c&p as much as your weakest link (mine would be deads atm with my back)

Lifts that will complement the first part of the lift would be deadlift, bobbr,chins. When you clean the weight onto your chest I suppose complementary lifts would be bb pull-ups, cleans and the final part of this lift will be assisted by bench press wide grip bhins, good mornings etc etc.

This lift can be done on your own mate as noone would beable to catch the weight from you even if someone was there. It weill help you build a solid base across all areas, as soon as you spot a weak spot as long as its not an injury like mine you can work on that area. Look into it bud as it hits so many different muscles and its enjoyable.

Lol at spots I hate them.

Good man re the trn I felt it helped me sooooo much.

Well done on the pb’s bud the workouts seem to be going very well indeed. You are right though a training partner would help. But then you usually find they are unreliable like my one is lol!!!!!

Don’t be deflated about not having so much of a strength spurt from methoxy trn just yet. See if you push harder this week and get a few extra reps, next wek it will be easier and you will get a few more or beable t o push it up some more.

If your sister has commented on your physic all the hard work must be paying off. I carnt wait to see what you think to the M-Dien.

After you come off cycle and go through pct why don’t you purposely drop the weights down and up the reps i.e. say your best on bench b4 was 60kg for 5/5/5 and now you are pressing 80kg for 3/3/3 why not drop back to 60 and go for 12/10/8? My figures are random by the way I just wanted to show you how you could combate the strength dropp with it not being so much on as issue because you will still be stronger than you were to start off with. Plus you do need to change reps and training regular to keep pushing strength up and grow. I mean I love lifting heavy but I carnt do it forever as my body just wont let me.

I know what you mean about not lifting heavy all the time taz, I ache a fair bit now, could do with a rest and I've only been on 4 weeks lol I will look into clean and press and give them a good try. I need to change the routine again fairly soon before it drys up. Guy from work did come round, didnt record exact lifts but here is vaguely what i done

I think my efforts deserve a w00t, although I'm not entirely sure what w00t means i have seen it used in similar context Did deads first today for the sake of my neighbours. Deads were good, 190 was tough and I couldn't have held onto it for too long, but put it down again okay. I think I may have managed a bit more on OHP if I could have got it onto my shoulders, another reason to do as Taz said and add clean and press to my routine No gain on chins. Still got lots of arm DOMS from monday's arm extravaganza.

Miss timed my Methoxy-Trn so didn't get 3 as a workout booster, plus missed a needed warmup set for cg bench, so nothing amazing today, strength is ok still, might get a better when the M-dien kicks in. I don't think there will be any big increases from now so will do 1rm max for bench monday morning then starting modifying routine and including lots of cardio, might as well get fit during pct, i won't try and lose weight but will keep calories high and add cardio to maintain. I am thinking about adding cissus drol or something similar to my pct, undecided because to me it seems a bit to much like a steroid for me to beleive that it isnt going to hinder recovery.

80 on bench to failure then 60 to failure must have been a killer?

Ya I have injured my neck on occasion and its not nice. Usually I end up doing it getting in and out the shower lol!!!!!!!

Nice DL!!!!!I wish I could push upto the 200’s but me old back wont take it doh!!!!!!! Im well jealous.

I love Methoxy Tren me. Im gona buy a few more bottles for the cupboard I think.

How long do you have left on cycle mate?

I knida agree make sure you keep them cals high during pct else you will loose your gains. But I don’t see no reason why you carnt up the cariod as I plan on doing something similar.

CD is not a stead mate and it will help get your test levels back up nicely. CD is all I used last time with nolva and it worked fine.

Have you ever considered using Nutrex Vitrix? This sis supposed to be really good for test levels so maybe worth a read? Im gona try it later this year.

thanks taz, im pleased with the new pbs, hopefully bench and squat will be strong too. Normally i lift to positive failure so it was a bit harder with forced and assisted reps, my arms have ached all week lol
My neck is still a bit painful moving to the left but i have full ROM, i think i may have done it watching tv unless it was lifting and i just didnt feel it at the time.
Only 2 weeks and a few days left, but I am looking a bit red atm so i think the M-dien is doing me no favours in terms of blood pressure! I will give it a fews days might calm down when i come of the Methoxy-trn (which i really like and will be getting some more of too) otherwise might have to finish cycle a bit early.
Never heard of Nutrex Vitrix, i will have a read later

Trained with guy from work again, so some sets are a little vague. rest was minimal and nearly all sets apart from those leading up to singles on bench were taken to positive failure or beyond. Pleased with new PB on bench! I don't think i could have done much more, rep was slow and tough but full ROM and no bouncing. Gave 21's a try for curls and they are tough, got to work on arms more though. good session, squats after work in the morning, going for 1 rm on them too, there will be a new squat PB barring leg(s) falling off.

Squats felt heavy from the off, I am tired but I don't think it affected actual max strength, just not many reps managed after the max. 160, pleased with that, felt so heavy on my shoulders, should probably do lower reps, higher weights to get used to the weight, its always a shock doing heavy squats. It's worth mentioning as squat form can vary, that each rep was below paralell, with the lightest kiss on the spotter bars to confirm i was below paralell.

So 1 rm totals before cycle were

Bench 100
Squat 120
Dead 160
OHP 65

Now, 5 weeks into cycle are

Bench 115
Squat 160
Dead 190
OHP 75

Great success! Will test again, say 4 or 5 weeks after pct, see how much i manage to keep
