Chest + Tri Bench 70 8 7 7 Much happier with this today Incline 25 8 8 7 wanted to focus on form which is why i dropped the weight Fly 12.5 8 8 8 Hard Dips plus 5kg 5 5 5 5 5 Pull downs 30 8 8 8 - Then drop set from 30 - 25 - 20 - 15 - 10 - 5 - 2 all x 5

Cheers, Yeah a little bit , big improvements with legs and lats broke me camera though so can't upload any pics though. Weighing around 13.2 stone which i'm happy about.

Back - Biceps Chins 5kg 8 - 7 - 5 , Normal BW 8 - Found these fcking hard , wanted to really push my self so did an extra set BB Row 50kg 8 8 8 - form pretty good happy with this! Lat Pull down 50kg 8 8 8 - smashed these DB bent row 20 8 8 8 - HARD! Deadlift - Changed my grip to one under one over happy with results 110 x 8 8 8 120 x 8 Biecep EZ Curl 32.5 8 8 7 21's 17.5 - 21 Concentration curls 10kg 8 7 6 Big Work out today , wanted to smash it and get rid of uni exams stress!

Cheers, Yeah it was easier on the grip - didn't feel like it would slip. Kinda worried that i might twist slightly due to the mix grip due to my stronger side! Just about to eat 2 chicken breasts , rice and veg yum yum!

Mil Press 50 8 8 8 + 40 * 10 + 30 * 10 + 20 * 10 - wanted to git rid of a lot of aggression Rotator Cuff Cable Pully 5kg 8 8 8 each arm Shrugs 22.5 - 8 8 8 - hard hard hard Legs squat 110 8 8 8 Happy with this first set sooo hard no warm up set :( Leg press 240 8 8 8 Felt Pretty Hard, did one rep max on 290 had more in me, but had no spots and didn't want to cause an injury to myself Calf Raise 110 8 8 8 Good session today , really smashed it!
