Thats what i was thinking, DB's feel great when i use them on incline, get a great pump but with BB bench i get fook all, it just seems like a chore if you know what i mean? Was talking to BARBUDA (tom) and he doesnt use BB bench at all, just dips and incline and if youve seen his pics he looks pretty dam good, so im very undecided about it.

I do know its one of the best compounds around and alot of people get alot out of it but as Tom said if you really dont like it and it doesnt work for you why continue with it. Im gonna keep it for a few weeks but if it doesnt im prove then im switching. I think its a great exercise and would really like to improve in it but at the moment i just get nowt out of it.

Right, diet this weekend has been awful, training has not been great recently due to beer / pizza's / lack of sleep

I am not going T-T until the 3rd of june so i can focus on my work at uni and gym

Looking forward to ditching bench and going incline tomorrow

Squat 85 95 100 110 120 all x 5

Row 47 57 60 65 67 all X 5 - lost good form on the last two sets , so not moving weight for a while

Incline 15 17.5 20 22.5 25 all x 5 far to easy for me, need to start at 22.5 next time and progress upwards

Dips 12.5xtra 3 sets of 8 - killed my arms

Calf 90kg 3 sets of 8

Did you find incline better than bench then mate? Seemed you found it quite easy?

Good squats as well.

yeah incline was easy, kinda had too soft weights though so can't really tell, made a good change from the bench though which is what i was happy about.

Cheers on the squats yeah they are ok i guess, kinda starting to lean forward a bit now though to cope with the weight which isn't great but hey ho!
