Right, I'm 20 years old , 6 - 4 and i weigh 12.5 stone.
Looking for a new training programe as i don't think
my current 4 day split is working well. I've been on it for
6 Months had gains but i feel that i should go for a
whole body compound routine for the current time being.
Have made big improvements , couldn't do a wide grip chin now can do 3 x 8 for example which im chuffed about.
My main goals are for to put on
lean muscle and be able to lift my own body weight.
DIET I'm looking to bulk this is my current diet.
7 am 3 weetabix Skimmed Milk + Whey Protein Shake
10.30am Tuna and salad sanwhich x 2
12pm Chicken , Potatoes , Veg = this meal is dependent on what i can cook , or is being cooked at uni.
3pm 3 scrambelled eggs on brown toast + 100 g of nuts
5pm Whey Protein Shake (Pre Work Out)
7pm Jelly babys , Impact Protein Shake with milk
8pm Chilli on a bed of rice
10.30pm Cottage cheese , Penut Butter on 2 brown bread
Also i have ordered of MP and hopefully it should have arrived today and in that package is my Creatine which im also going to take. Loading should start this weekend.
WORKOUT My workout i'm going to do a 3 day split

So on Monday i will start with this
Workout A
3 x 5 Squat
3 x 5 Bench press
1 x 5 Deadlift
2 x 8 Dips
Then Wednesday will be
3 x 5 Squat
3 x 5 Military Press
3 x 5 Bent Rows
2 x 8 Chin-ups
Not looking foreward to squats as i've been lazy and not worked my legs in ages! So should be interesting
Got to wait till monday to start as i've been training this week and want two rest days.
