REACH 30 Mintue GOAL-
Huge HIIT progress, 10 Minute improvement compare to the previous HIIT Run; on Day 57/Page 4.
Goal for HIIT was 25 minutes for the entire 90 Day Program, but reach that goal on Day 57, so new goal is 30 minutes.

I will Treat this journal like my dairy, I will try my best to create a detail vision on whats goes on exactly in my life. It might be entertaining but for the most part, you will notice I sit/lay a lot. I am also doing this journal as an experiment on body improvement by just working out and diet and THATS IT. The question is, could a person diet,workout , and for the remaining of the day play video games to get the dreamy body a person would want??!?! Find out at the end of my 90 Days

Goal: Cutting diet

I never created a journal before, so im a little excited about giving it a shot. For this journal I will show pictures of before and after shots, tons of measurements, BF% and as much detail information on what my body actually did for the day. I am planning to start my 90 day program on saturday. So between the 2 days I will (Hopefully) provide information about my weight, BF%, measurements, Pictures and anything that I feel is needed for the journal.

Little History about my diet/workout

After that I Gain weight for my bulking and went to 185 lb. Sadly after reaching that weight I stop due to college. I been inactive for a good 3 months .


This is a diet I created myself a year ago and planning to use it again
(Its a outline, I will change food at times depending on my mood and the rate of my weight loss)

Goal: Cutting Diet
Weight: 169 lbs
Calories: 1998
Protein: 224 Carbs: 157 Fat: 54
Supplements: L-Glutamine, Whey Protein and Hot Rod


My Diet


8AM- L-Glutamine mix with water
Serving size 7.5g, 1 ½ Teaspoon
Fat Burning Supplement
10-15mins after wake

8:15- Cardio – AB RIPPER X
HIIT training (4-25Mins)

9:15- 1 ½ Scoops of Whey Protein (20g) with water

9:45- 4 Egg whites
1 Cup of Oatmeal
¾ Cup of 2% Milk

12:00- 1 Tablespoon of Peanut-Butter
¼ Cup of Cottage cheese
½ Scoops of Whey Protein

2:00- ¼ Oz Chicken Breast or 26g of protein / 125 calories
1 Tablespoon of Peanut-Butter
½ Cup of Fiber One

4:00- ¼ Oz Chicken Breast or 26g of protein / 125 calories
1 Slice of wheat bread
1 apple

5:00- Weight Training (40Mins-1hr)
Post-Workout Meal- 40g of Whey Protein
½ Banana

7:00- ¼ Oz of Chicken Breast or 26g of protein / 125 calories
100 Calories/23 grams of carbohydrates Pasta

Night Snack- 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese
1 Tablespoon Flax Oil

Thanks a lot , right now I just woke up lol (11:11 AM) anyway I am trying to find a measuring tape to measure my body! I can not find one at the moment . I might have to buy one. Will update when possible.

I dont wanna get in detail on my journal yet but for the most part, I bought a BF% measurement and a cool measurement tape from GNC. I also went food shopping! It was pretty fun. Tommorrow I am going to have a date! I will to let ya know how it went! (Hopefully it don't suck lol)

Hey, I just came off my date and it was pretty interesting. I met a girl from the internet. Sadly my first impression of her was, damnuh she looks whack lol but I still made the best out of it. We seen cloverfield and OMG that movie SUCKS, GUYS DONT WATCH IT At ALL. Its horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. But bac to the girl, she the first girl I ever went on a date that have a baby (I just turn 20 not too long ago) AND a man that she is supposely enaged with. Was I a good boy?!?! Well I tried to be but her in the other hand, she was veryyyyyyyyy naughty. Not my fault at all lol >.>. Anyway im about to post my current pics on the 1st post which sucks badly and do the fit-test. Hopefully these 90 days will change that, Cant wait for tomorrow!! Day 1 YAY!!!!! (Excited face)

Hey guys, For a DAY 1, my sleep hours was soooooooooo horrible. I think
I got a total of 4 hours of sleep(Blame neice for waking me up). Woke up at 3:10 PM.
Bad start?!? Since Saturday and Sunday, I don't plan on doing my workout early,
I jump straight to breakfest, Sadly I ate breakfest an hour later at 4:10 PM.

I ate at 4:10PM: 4 Egg whites, 1 Cup of oatmeal with 3/4 Cup of 2% reduced fat milk.
I also ate by MISTAKE some healthy oatmeal slice bread worth over
100 calories and like 1.5 g of Fat. I truly thought I planned that slice of bread to my breakfest, sadly I was wrong lol.

Anyway after breakfest I pretty much do What I always do best :/. Sit on my laptop and IM my friends.
So pretty much I stood on my bed for a good 3 hours?!? At 6pm I pretty much got ready for work and
stock up all my food for the next 12 Hours of Boredom in my job (Start work at 7:30PM). Anyway once
arrived at work, I decided to go after my second meal BUT I change it around since I am in a need of
carbs for my first session of the Chest/Back Workout.

So What I ate and what I was suppose to eat?

I was Suppose to eat:
1 Tablespoon of Peanut-Butter
¼ Cup of Cottage cheese
½ Scoops of Whey Protein

The switch to get some good decent carbs in my body:
For 7:45PM Meal 2:
¼ Oz Chicken Breast
1 Orange
½ Cup of Fiber One


As of right now im soooooo full and my stomach hurts (Blames fiber one since it really makes a person full)

Anyway as I am writting this, I am actually waiting for 9PM so I could start my first Workout of my 90 Day

program.... As I wrote that, for some reason... I feel nervous like im going to fail :/. I truily hope I won't Quit

on myself. Damn My confident sucks right now :/ but I refuse to quit.


Story Time is my own make up section call Story Time. In this section I will try to explain

What went on my life for the day in a emotional state. Why I am doing this?!?!
1. The body reacts in a given state of emotion, and it does effect the human appearance.
2. I am bored :]
3. Might be interesting??!?!
4. It might be a good way to let my feelings out.

Like I said I never did a journal before, hopefully this will be a good motivation.
So yea I got 25mins Left for my first workout, so here something about me.



Story Time: I just thought I should open up by saying that I sadly have Gyno. It is a
case where fat develops behind the male nipple and gives it a ugly look. I Hate it soooo much. Its so
depressing :/. I showed a doctor my case and he said it is a rough 6,700$ surgery. It sucks
soooo bad. I still consider myself a kid that only works for 2 days a week. So its rough on
me since I need to help my mom and dad. I will start saving even if it is 20 $, something is something.
I just wish I could Burn that burden off my life already.


Anyway I going to get ready, wish me luck!

I started my workout at 9:40pm and finished at 11:00pm.

TBA on what I actually did


For my first workout it was Tough on me. I truily forgot the intensity of P90x until today. On top of the intensity, I think I drank so much water that I felt like throwing up, So that was another burden for my first workout, It was baddd BUT at the end of all this I did not quit and still gave it my all. I ate my post-workout meal as design in my diet plan and at 12:30AM I ate my dinner as design in my diet BUT I again added an extra slice oatmeal bread by mistake. Anyway I am about to eat my next Meal for my next workout Ab Ripper X and HIIT.

For Meal 5 I just ate half a banana and 1/4 oz of chicken breast. At 3AM.

I then Started my second session of my workout by doing AB Ripper X and HIIT (Started with 4mins for now)
An EXTREME Ab Workout.

After my Workout I took a 20g whey protein drink and 20mins later drank another 20g protein drink with 1/2 cups of dry peanuts

I have not ate my last meal yet but what I have for my last meal in my diet plan is what I will eat for the remaining of the day but I will replace the peanuts with natural peanut butter for today.

Lazy Fact Time spent on the computer today? Atleast 12 hours (Still at work, cant wait to leave. Got 1 more hour left)

Anyway Tomorrow will be Day 2. I will try to limit my post from now on, I just got a little carry away lol. Later people!

Day 2:

Hey Guys. This is my second day of my program and let me start by saying that I had another horrible sleeping day. I slept for a total of 5Hrs for the day. I woke up at 1PM... Ate my breakfest as design in my diet plan. At 6:30PM I ate my second meal which was exactly as my diet but I switch the peanut butter for the RAW peanuts (cup size;Ate prolly 50 more calories as design to). Basicly from 1pm-7pm I was on the computer and getting rdy to work. At 9:40PM I ate my Pre-workout meal. I will finish rest later, im too tireddddddd

Updating:

I think I felt asleep like 5 times trying to write this post at work. I was extremely sleepy and could'nt help it. Lucky I did'nt get caught at my job for sleeping. By the way I was writting it at 5AM in the morning; thats 16hrs since I woke up. Ok back to what I actually did. Well after eating my Pre-Workout meal which I forgot to bring my fruit, I had no choice but to replace it with special K protein Plus (Not a bad replacement I think; kept it at 100 calories) which I ate at 9:40 PM and ate chicken breat/pita bread with good fiber (90 calories). Afterwards I sat down and wasted time on the computer talking with my friends online about a video game that I enjoy to play (Yes I like video games).

At 11:30PM is when I actually started my workout, for this workout I did PLYOMETRICS. Its was an INTENSE session for me, I was running out of breath a lot and on top of that, I AGAIN felt like throwing up and nauseous. Im guessing it is my lack of sleep that is affecting me and that I might be drinking too much water?!? Whatever it is, its making my workout extremely tough. I truily hope this throwing up feeling leaves out of my system asap. Anyway even thru the hardship I went thro for this workout, I DID'NT QUIT! I still pull it of somehow. After Workout I drank my 40g of Whey Protein and since I forgot my fruits, I went to a vendor in my store and bought a can of fruit salad (180 calories,40g of carbs and it was realllllll gooooood ) which was at 1:00AM.

At 2:00AM I ate my 5th Meal which was chicken breast and one pita bread. I also sneak in like 5 peanuts.
At 6:00AM is when I ate my last meal which was like 3 Tbs of Natural peanut better and 1/2 cup of cottage with added taste of whey protein and added 4 slices of turkey breast

I pretty much pass out after that and woke up enough to leave at 7:30AM out of my job so I could get home and SLEEP.

Story Time: My day went pretty smooth until I started my workout due to me wanting to throw up. It was a horrible feeling and I just wanted to throw up. And the part I got extremely sleepy at my job trying to write this post at 6:00AM in the morning. Other then that it was a decent day. Between the time of 12:30 AM and 4:30 AM I was talking to that girl that I went on a date with, Yes the one with the baby and is enaged with her man/ still with him. I truily don't know what to do with her. We only seen eachother that day and she already making plans to see me tuesday and friday! She even told me not to talk to other girls and I am supposely taken by her. In all honesty I don't wanna be her man Nor I want to ruin her 9 month relationship with her man. I really try to be a good boy with her but she just don't stop flirting with me. She told me "You know you taken by me now, RIIGht?!?. I said "You can't have two guys". she said "I know". Which bother me cuz I don't wanna ruin it. I just told her that I take things slow and don't jump into relationships fast. Anyway I need to jump to study for my EMT national test coming thursday. Will tell you about it for my next story time.

Lazy Fact: Was sitting on chair for a good 14 hours +/- for the day.

DAY 3:

Today I woke up at 1:15AM and took L-G (5g) with some water with some diet snapple due to the HORRIBLE teaste L-G have to offer.

At 2:00PM I did my 4Mins HIIT Run. I think I feel good for 5 mins for my next session.
After my 4min HIIT I drank 20G of Whey Protein.


At 2:40PM I ate 4 eggs then 20mins later I finish my breakfest (Blame friends online for distracting me to get the rest of my breakfest)

So yea at 3:00PM I finish my breakfest by eating Fiber one 60 cal, protein k 100 cal, 3/4 cup of milk 2% reduced.

*Note- Been on computer laying down the whole time with the exception of making food and doing HIIT*

As I been on the computer laying down, my body has been/is extremely sore from the past workouts. I could barely move my arms and stretch it.

At 6:30 PM I ate half a cup of peanuts, and half a cup of cottage cheese with some whey protein for favor.

During this whole time from waking up to now, I been pretty much on the Computer playing a video game call WoW, its some online game I enjoy playing with my family/friends. I also would like to add, during this day I did'nt drink much water, hopefully by doing this, I won't feel horrible / like throwing up for my next workout. (All I still drank for the day was water and some diet snapple).

At 9:30 PM I ate a orange and 5 slices of turkey breast.

I was planning to workout to do shoulders/biceps but my body was in such pain that I decided to use this day as my resting day. Hopefully it won't back fire on me at the end of the week.

So at 11:30PM I ate another 5 slices of turkey breast and Pita bread (I couldnt find any vegatables to add in the meal sadly)


At like 1:30 AM I just ate another 4 slices of turkey breast and 2 spoons of Natural butter.


I felt asleep like at 2:30AM

Story Time: Today really sucked for me, I did'nt workout and pretty much lay on my bed most of the day. I have to study for my EMT National and did'nt even do that as well. It SUCKED!. My state test is on thursday. I really REALLY hope I pass the test, Just thinking about it is making me . I did'nt really talk to that girl I been talking about much today. Just about 5 mins because I told her I was busy but I really was'nt, All that was said was to meet her tuesday after 10PM.What should I do?!? But yea back to the EMT, for people that do not know what is EMT; its he people that respond to the 9-1-1 call, that be riding the ambulance to save a person life. So yea, I am doing that since it is a requirement to become a fire fighter. My dream career. It doesnt pay much, but its something I always dream of becoming since I was a little kid. I actually start school 7 days after my 90 day program, which is pretty cool. Hopefully I be physically Ready for it. Other then that I think I made my best friend sad which she is a girl . I told her about the girl with the baby and instead of her helping me, it bother her me talking about her. I told her we kissed and talk on the phone for like 5 hours and it really hurted her, her jealously shown. My best friend is taken as well, and about to make 2 yrs with the guy in like 3 months?!? Anyway more about my best friend for my next storytime. Later!

Lazy Fact: Spent pretty much from awaken to sleep on the bed laying down on the PC.

Day 4:

Today I had a 6 HR sleep. I wokeup at 8:15 AM. I was a little late with my breakfest but this is what I ate

At 9:30 AM breakfest - 4 Egg Whites, 5 whole wheat crackers (60 calories)
special k Protein Plus 1cup with 1/2 cup 2% milk



After Breakfest I went to my brother house to occupy him with a job interview with my old boss. At the sametime I was able to buy the weights that my old boss was holding for me for a couple of months. Is'nt he cool?!? lol. I was able to get a good 200lbs worth of weights; as excited as I was, realistically I wont be using this for this 90 day experiment . Anyway the moment at 12:30AM I ate..

At 12:30 - PM Peanuts 1/2 cup and turkey beart 4 slices.

After that.. I did what I love to do...go on the PC and have fun. Even tho I should be studying but its sooo boring to read that book. Any way on my next meal I ate..


At 3:30 PM -Special K Protein Plus, 5 turkey breast , wheat bread slice.


WORKOUT

At 5:00PM I started my work out; Shoulder and Arms.

TBA what I did with weights


For this workout session, it was tough but it felt real good, I did'nt feel sick nor wanted to throw up. I felt confident in myself and very please. Hopefully I don't go back with the throwing up feeling anytime soon because this workout really gave me the motivations to keep my head high.

Anyway after my workout I ate..

At 6:30 PM 40g of Whey Protein and an Orange.

At 7:30 PM I ate chicken breast, Flat-out (Its like a wheat taco but with Good fiber,9g of protein and 90 calories) w/
Lettuces /Tomatoes.


For the remaining of the day I pretty much played a game call World of Warcraft. It is an addicting online game that takes hours of life to make any progress. I think I clock in over 200 hours in that game so far.

At 11:30 PM - 2 Tbs of Natural Peanut butter and 4 Slices of Turkey Breast.


Story Time : For this one I got so much to talk about but I don't want to bored ya. I just wanted to get into more detail in the reason behind my 90 day program. Some people might think I am wasting my time for the way I am doing it (Sitting/laying on bed for 10-16hrs a day and for some days prolly spent the whole day without leaving my room) and some might be interested to see what will happen after 90 days. As of right now I really don't know what will happen, but if my body transformation does succeed... hopefully people with certain life styles will see this as a motivation that it is possible to still get the body they want even if they sit hours and hours a day being inactive. Even if my body result sucks after 90 days, just knowing that I finish my 90 days and stood with my diet will already make me proud enough. We will have have to wait and see what will happen!

DAY 5:

For a Day 5 I woke up at 8:50AM which is like 5 hours of sleep. Yea I know, I don't sleep much. It's just when I try to sleep, its hard. Anyway I was a little late with my stuff but at 9:30AM I took L-Glut mix with some vitamin juice that is worth 25 calories and water. (I still have'nt touch Hot Rod yet since I don't have money for it atm and by the way I don't believe they make me lost weight, I just love it for the energy)

So yea at 9:30AM - L-Glut with water/juice.

Normally I do my workouts after my 4-5 meal, but after waking up feeling good I decided let get this over with, so yea at ..
(Yes I know, I started a little too later after taking some L-Glut)

At 10:15 AM I started Yoga X

I finish my Workout at 11:45AM. Man Oh man. Yoga X Is'nt a Joke. It will make you sweat like never before. Before I even tried Yoga in my life, I always thought it was Easy and a waste of time, but when I did Yoga X the first time I tried P90X, I was sure wrong lol. Fo today workout, I felt real good, so far no sign of throwing up or anything bad. Im a happy person for now that is .

Right After Yoga X - I drank 40g whey proteion, ate 1 orange and a small slice of watermelon.

45 Mins after my workout I FINALLY ate my normal breakfest which is like close to 4hours after waking up . Should I even call it breakfest?!? lol

Anyway at 12:30 PM I ate: 4 Egg Whites and 1/2 cup Oatmeal with 3/4 Cup of 2% reduced fat milk.
Since then I have not left my bed, I been sadly studying for my EMT National Test to get my license tomorrow. I truily hope I pass it but damnuM it just sooo much information to absorb for tomorrow that I think I won't beable to pull it off.

At 2:30PM I ate: 1/2 cup of Peanuts and 1/2 cup of Cottage cheese mix with like 5 g of Whey Protein.
What did I do after? Take a lucky guess? I STUDY!!! more and more and moreeeeeeeee. At one point I just turn on my video game and just took a break to relax my mind. Worst thing I did! I caught myself now playing the game while studying. My study was'nt as effective but I somehow managed I think .

At 5:30PM I ate: Chicken breast wrapped around with flatout w/ lettuces. 1 Banana.
I sadly went back to my books anddddddddddd game.

At 8:30PM I ate: Chicken breastwrapped around with flatout. 1 banana (Yea I know, its pretty much
the same like the Meal before)


I Once again went back to my books and game.

10:00PM - HIIT Workout Time

For this Workout, it was only 5 Minutes but it was a good 5 minutes lol. It went smooth and I felt good about it. I think I should do 7 mins but I dont want to get ahead of myself now. We will see.


Right after the workout I Took 20g of Whey protein.

I continue to study and study and play and more study.

At 11:00PM I ate: chicken breast, letter,tomotoes, and a small banana. Yes I know, not another BANANA!

I once again study and study and play and more play and study.

At 3:30AM I ate: 2 tbs of Natural Peanuts Butter and 4 slices of turkey breast. (My last 4 slices NoOoOoOo)

At 4:00AM I felt asleep.


Story Time: I dont even want to mention the word study again. I just hope I pass the test tomorrow . I did'nt do much today beside the obvious but feeling wise a lot went thru today. My best friend is hurt which is the girl I mention from the other story time. I did'nt give much information about her just the fact it bother her me talking to this girl with the baby. I know she likes me more then a friend since she told me herself like 2 weeks ago, I just don't know what to do with her . In all honesty I really wish she was my (Talking about my Best-friend), I just can't accept her since she almost close to a 2yr relationship with her man. This is the times when I say life SUCKS. I can't do nothing about it nor I want her to lose her relationship even if she gives it all for me. Like I said tho, I really wish she was my... in the other hand I got the girl with baby / still with man thing still going on. We been talking like everyday. I'm not going to lie, she a real interesting person, and real cool to talk to. We suppose to meet this friday and see the movie "Untracable". But in all honestly I don't want her to like me . I'm just afraid to break it down to her. Anyway This is enough for my journal, till tomorrow!


Lazy Fact: Spent all day on Bed with exception of Yoga X and getting Food, in short 16+ hours sitting down.

Day 6:

Today I woke up at 10:00AM. I did'nt Take L-Glu this morning. I got a little late with my breakfest but its better then nothing.

At 10:40AM I Ate: 4 Egg Whites, 1/2 cip fiber one, 1 cup special k protein Plus

After the food, I continue to lay on my bed and study for my test. Sadly I didnt have much time to study since I had to leave by 1:15 PM.

Anyway by 1:10PM I ate: 2 tbs of Natural Peanut butter. 1/2 Cup of Cottage cheese
mix with 10g of whey Protein


At 1:15PM I had to leave my house to take the test .

I was able to finish the test and got back home by car on 4:30PM. Thats when I rush for some food.

At 4:30 PM I ate: Chicken b east, 1/2 Cup of Peanutsand 1/2 cup of Fber one.

After that the worst thing started to happen! My internet did'nt want to work!!! NO internet = 10-16hrs of sitting impossible since its boringgggg. But after like 1Hr with the Dell service. I was able to get back on. YAY


By the Time it hit 7:30PM I ate: Whey Protein mix with Cottage Cheese, and a Banana.

WORKOUT - Legs and Back

Started at 9:30PM

TBA What I actually did

Finish Legs/Back at 10:45PM.

I took a little 15 minute break then did my second session which was AB RIPPER X
which I finished at 11:20PM.

After Workout I ate: Whey Protein 40g and a Banana.


At 12:30AM I ate: 1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese, with 10g of Whey, 3 Egg Whites and Flatout

After my food, I continue to play my video game on the PC.


At 2:10AM I ate: 2 tbs of Natural Peanut butter and 2 Slices of Turkey ham (Wish it was turkey breast)

At 2:30 I felt asleep.


Storytime: Today Really Sucked, like A LOT. I honestly think I failed the test, and if I did, I only have 2 more retrys. Some of the question on the test was extremely stupid, like whats the strongiest knot and on top of that I was'nt allow to go back on my questions, which reallyyyyyy sucked so much. There was a good amount of questions I wished I could change but sadly the computer test would'nt let me. If I failed atleast I know some what to expect for the next test. Anyway beside my test, I had a good workout. It went pretty smooth. Still tough but enough to manage it. Tomorrow I am suppose to see the girl the one who has a Baby/Man. I don't know what to expect. We will have to find out what happens tomorrow.

Day 7:

Wow my last day of the week, I'm half excited just for the fact this is the last day of my first week but then again the stupid test is making my day bad BUT GUESS WHAT?!? I actually got SLEEP! I woke up at 11:55AM. Thats 11:25 Hrs of sleep! Normally this should be my Rest Day BUT since I was extremely sore Monday, I took that as my rest day. Today is KENPO X. For people that don't know what is Kenpo; I will explain below but for now....

Woke up: 11:55AM

At 12:05PM I took 5g of L-Glut mix with water and 0 calorie energy juice.

WORKOUT TIME-

I felt so good I decided to do it early and on top of that I need to see that movie with that girl today.

So yea my workout was Kenpo X. Kenpo is a cardio very simaliar to Tae-B0. So over all, it's a FUN WORKOUT! With the exception of AB RIPPER X/Yoga X this is a good Workout to watch TV at the same time .

At 1:30PM I finished my Workout.

After my workout I took the usual 40g of Whey Protein and 1 Banana.

At 2:40 PM I ate my BREAKFEST!!! Yea I know 3 hours later of my awake and at 2:40PM!
It was: 4 Egg Whites and the usual with oatmeal/milk amount.



After that I decided to watch TV. I RARLY watch tv, but 1 show happen to catch my intention. It was about diet lol. There were talking about people going to the extreme to lose Weight to reach there career goal. Like one lady would eat ONLY Cottage Cheese for 2 weeks straight fo her beauty show. Another would eat half a energy bar for a whole meal. The bar itself was probaby less then 200 calories. After watching TV and being on the computer... on 5:30PM...

At 5:00PM I ate: 1/2 Cup of Peanuts and Chicken Breast.

Till then, I was pretty much getting ready for my day with that girl and on the computer like always . By the time it hit 7PM I was debating if I should eat or Pick her up and eat afterward before the movie starts at 8:15PM. What did I do?!? I made the wrong choice . I decided I wanted to eat after I pick up the girl but GUESS WHAT!?! By the time we got to the movies, it was 8:10PM!!!! So I had no choice but to go in the movie thearters without eating . After the movies we went to a quizno Sub (Something like that, almost like a subways) and I ate...

At 10:15PM I ate: Yea I know over 5Hr without eating But yea I ate this

By the time I got home it was 12:40AM.

I then ate: 1 Cup of Vegatable Rice, Chicken Breast, and 1 Banana.

Afterwards I pretty much Spent my day on the computer chatting with people and playing my video game.

I still ate my Last meal which was at 3:30AM: 2 Tbs of Natural Peanut Butter and 2 slices of Turkey Ham.

I went to sleep at 4:00AM.

Story Time: Today was a pretty decent day even though the stupid test is making me and that I got a good workout today. I tried calling my best friend today (The girl I have somewhat feeling to but can't accept her) but she don't pick up my calls nor answer my IMs. I truily hope we be ok, because I can't lose her as a friend, she means a lot to mean and we be there for each other a lot; even tho we only met eachother once in our life. I even help her countless of times thru her relationship. I just want her happy. I'm going to try to call her tomorrow to see what happens . Other then that...yea my day with that girl who have a baby. Well yea, im ashame of myself. I' a person that NEVER cheated on a girl nor want to break girls relationships (Thats why I cant accept my best friend since she with someone) but she got the best off me in the car...Even tho I didn't do the cheating, I feel like im hurting their relationship. I truily don't even know what to think right now. I feel I should disappear out of her life but that be the wrong thing to do. She even told me "You not going to leave me, after !@#$% me right?" That question sucked for me, but I don't plan to leave her, that would be wrong and mess up. I just hope we stop the "friends with benefit thing", I just want her as a friend and thats it .

Day 8:

Today I woke up at 12:30 PM. Wasn't a bad 8 and a half hours of sleep. I didn't take L-Glut; Reason?, I don't know.. I would say laziness. Anyway at 12:30 I ate

Since then I just lay on my bed messing with the laptop and my video game that I play with my family online.

Once it hit 4:20PM: I ate 1/2 Cup of Peanuts and Chicken Breast.

After that I just lay down, talk on phone and mainly just chatted online.

6:50 PM Pork Chops and 1 banana (I really wish I add vegetables in this meal but my refrigerator sucks)

After I finished my meal which does not look like one nor took long to eat;I got ready to do the most FUNNIEST
job in the world, Sit down in my job for 12Hours..YAY! . Anyway by the time I got to my job by car it was 7:30PM at the dot. Made it just in time. From there I just unpack my stuff and talked to my supervisor until like 9:30PM.

At 9:40PM I ate: Chicken breast wrapped with 1 slice of oatmeal bread (Don't ask me what I was thinking
mixing those two together) and 1 Banana. (DamnuM I think I need to start changing fruits here)


I was REALLY really hoping to start my Workout at 11:00PM but I decided that I really wanted to talk to my
best friend. I was hoping that our conversation would last like 10 minutes and I be able to call her after my
Workout but that didn't go as planned. We pretty much spent the whole hour talking. Even Though I started my workout
an hour later as planned, I felt mentally ready and pleased. I guess me talking to her just made me happy again.
